Booking went well, driver was on time. We got to the airport OK. He then insisted I owed him another €10 on top of the $40 I had already paid. There was never any mention of this beforehand.

My taxi arrived on time and Aadil gave me help to load my two suitcases. Aadil was friendly and cheery. I had a pleasant ride to the airport which was a great way to end my holiday.

Paid online in advance for airport transfer to hotel. 50 minutes late to pick us up and only came after I asked for help from the security guard at the terminal who managed to get hold of someone.
The photograph of the car and driver on website is way off from what actually
turned up, no A/C, water or Wi-fi. Do not trust and do not use.

Paid online before travel and they didn’t show up, no messages from them and when I tried calling it was an answer machine message in French, Do not trust them con men

We got there after our flight and no one was there! Waited for an hour and missed our dinner reservation. Frustrating!

Booked them to pick my family up from our hotel in Marrakech to the airport. They never came, I called several times and no one answered. They had then sent a text asking me to send in my review after “they picked me up”! Do not use

2 hours late. Requested a happy birthday sign did not get. Driver had an attitude and barely spoke. When leaving airport he walked ahead of us felt like we were chasing him to the car.
