Our driver/guide Debbie was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable in local & medieval history & made our vist so much more successful & fulfilling.
Storytelling was entertaining with lots of humor interjected.

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time seeing St. Andrews with Experienced Tours. Since we all had just landed in Scotland that morning, we were looking forward to a relaxing day of sites, history and golf, and that’s exactly what we got. Experienced Tours made it very easy to customize our experience along the way, and our guide Calais felt more like a local friend whose only goal was to show us a good time. The day wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable if it wasn’t for his knowledge, recommendations and overall personality.

Our family (parents and kids 20 and 14) had a wonderful tour with Sandy. He showed up to pick us up early, and he was immediately engaging and energetic. He was able to answer all of our questions about the area and its history and landmarks. He was patient and very accommodating for our requests for stops and pictures. I highly recommend him as a tour guide.
The company was easy to work with to arrange the tour. Fabulous experience all around!

So impressed with this tour! Ben picked us up right on time and headed out of the city. The vans are extremely nice and very comfortable to travel in. Ben was easy to chat with and was very flexible regarding the itinerary for the day.
Lunch reservations were arranged ahead of time for us to eat at the St Andrews course. Prices were reasonable and the food and atmosphere was great. Ben called ahead and was able to get us into an unofficial tasting at a distillery, which was wonderful to add on at the end of the day.
Ben is an amazing guide. Conversation flowed easy throughout the day, and he was always sharing unique stories and references.
If we ever return to Scotland we won’t hesitate to hire this company again. Thank you for such a great experience!

My wife and I took FOUR tours with experience tours. All four tours were GREAT!!!! We had Hazel for this tour and she was excellent.

We had Rob as our tour guide in a premium mini van. He was very knowledeable on Scottish history and the areas where we visited which included St. Andrews golf course and the cathedral. He was also flexible, we requested visiting a scotch distillery which we did on the way back from St. Andrews. We also dropped by some other small quaint villages and towns. It was a whole day tour and we arrived back at our hotel around 5:30.

Our Driver Calais was fabulous. His knowledge of Scotland was great. He took us to stops on the tour and then took us to locations off the beaten path that we asked to go to .
For anyone looking to to go to Edinburgh, I would highly recommend booking s tour through this agency. Just ask for Calais.

My parents and I have been on several tours across the UK, and decided on trying a private tour. This is by far the best way to tour, and we cannot wait to try the other tours offered. The guide Andy was fantastic! Super friendly, very informative, and super accommodating to our interests.

We stayed at Rusacks Hotel. The Saint Andrews Golf Course was in the back of the Hotel. It was a surreal experience! The food at the hotel was great. The staff was very accommodating too! It was fun walking around exploring the place. We had a great time!!!
