This was the best airport experience ever! The driver was professional and friendly. Driver was in constant contact with us and was giving us updates in the arrival and location. The vehicle was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. I was so happy with this service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The viator took good responsibility of my Kids travelling alone - made sure drop them off to the locations - waited for more than 60 min at the airport since flight got delayed- very professional driver and staff-

Driver was about 15 minutes late to meet us but didn’t indicate that he was running late until I had walked the line several times looking for our name. Finally I texted to see if he could tell me where he was standing and at that point he called to say he would be another 5 minutes. If he would have just let me know that he was running late when we cleared customs it would have been much less stressful. The car was spacious and comfortable and fit the 5 of us and our gear without an issue. One of the seats faced backwards which some passengers may have difficulty with.

We paid $69.00 for an airport transfer through Viator to transport us to our hotel. which was a 25 minute drive. We were greeted by a yellow taxi with its meter on, that by the end of our ride it showed 21.50 euros. I was expecting a town car or something other than a yellow taxi. If I wanted a taxi, I would have stood in the taxi line, like everyone else and paid 21.50 NOT $69.00 through Viator. This is a ridiculously huge mark up for a taxi. We have had great experiences and airport transfers through Viator. I am not sure why this one did not work out and I am very surprised Viator would not give me a credit for this, as this is obviously not the service we were paying for.
