I was under the impression that the car would be something other than a regular taxi cab - which we could have taken from the hotel. To make matters worse, I paid around $65 for this service and the meter only read $19.70! The driver was friendly and personable but I would not book this again in hindsight.

Pick up was perfect. I had originally asked for an 11:00 but I had to change it to noon on short notice. Contacted the service and a new confirmation was received in minutes. Driver was great. Got to my destination, the cruise port in Barcelona in perfect time.

Excellent driver! There was heavy traffic and driver did an excellent job getting us to the cruise port. Pick up was a great experience! Very nice and pleasant

No planning on pick up...marathon today so driver claimed we walk 3 city blocks with luggage as hotel blocked.
.other limo drivers found the way to hotel not ours of course.

I would recommend this service, they are very accommodating in any time changes and pretty prompt It was stressless to have pre ordered transportation

We booked this in advance thinking we would get an upgrade from a typical taxi. The 6 of us rode in a van taxi with all our luggage. The meter displayed roughly 17 Euros. I'm not sure if this would be 17x6 passengers, but the prior day we took a taxi and the meter was 10 euros for 2 people. We paid over $100 USD for the ride for the 6 of us. Next time, we will just take a taxi since that's all you're getting and would be a much lower price IMO
