After we paid you 68 dollars for a ride to our hotel, we were told the same rude in the same taxi was 12.50 Euro. That’s a big mark up on your part.

Good communication from the driver as we disembarked from our cruise. The driver was very helpful in assisting with our luggage. Vehicle was in good condition and very clean.

We were waiting in the rain for the taxi service driver to show up. We could have just taken a taxi to the hotel ourselves. We had to call and find out where he was.

Guy was over an hour LATE! Blamed it on ‘very crowded day’, but I think he just left us waiting. Otherwise, just a taxi ride.

Driver was 45 minutes late. When I asked for the reason being late, I received no reply. I figured that by paying a premium price for the transfer, the vehicle would be a little better than a common city cab.

I reserved a pick-up ride to ensure we had transfer from the port of Barcelona to our hotel. Viator offered pick up service from 30 euros. We paid 60+ (including tip) for my husband and I. I now know it was excessive, but we were not aware then. A regular taxi from the port of Barcelona to the city center would be half of that if we had just waited in line. The driver was fine and kind, not his fault I didn't read the small print. The charge was per person.
