We booked a private car from Noi Bai Airport to Ha Giang because our flight landed at noon time. I must say that the costs is reasonable. The operations of this company contacted me on WhatsApp to give me car details (car type, licensed plate...). Our driver waited for us with our name sign. We had a good driver to Ha Giang although some roads are not so good conditions. I recommend this transfer company.

We used the services of this private transfer company 3 times during our recent Vietnam trip. 1) car from Hanoi to Sapa, 2) car from Sapa to Ha Giang and 3) car from Ha Giang to Hanoi. Absolute perfect service for each trip, quotations provided were full total costs and payment process was all done online and simple to complete in advance. Manager always confirmed car details the night before via Whatsapp with a photograph of the car and the drivers contact number. On all 3 trips drivers arrived early and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company for all your internal private car journeys in Vietnam, pick up times are arranged to suit your itinerary and we always arranged pick ups around 9.30am avoiding having to catch very early bus services.
