Our transfer going to and from halong bay was very comfortable. Topnotch service from beginning to end. The seats are very comfortable and have massage features. Was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in this service. Our vehicle was not clean. Our driver loaded our bags then smoked Thuoc Lao before we departed the airport. We stopped at a rest stop but no one in our family needed to stop, our driver went to the toilet and got a drink. Our driver stopped on the side of the expressway and left the vehicle with no explanation. We realised after he was gone for 5-10minutes he walked back to pay a toll.
