The game was super fun and kept us all engaged throughout. Well thought out trails and a great way to see parts of the city you wouldn't necessarily otherwise.

This is an experience not to be missed! I took part in the Enchanted mirror game as part of a hen party and we all really enjoyed it! The game was so well thought out and took us around some lovely parts of Kensington and Chelsea. It really felt like you were on a quest!

The Enchanted Mirror was such good fun to do. There were three of us and we took our time as we walked around. The clues were great to solve and the hostelries (pubs) that we entered on behalf of 'The Queen' were welcoming and didn't mind us taking our time to work out the clues.
Although we knew the area of London we were in, we came across smaller streets, mews, alleyways that we had no idea were there. It was a really lovely way to see a small part of a larger area.
The instructions of the game as we progressed were clear and it was great to use Whatsapp although you definitely need a power-pack just in case your phone runs low.
Overall a great day out and I would highly recommend it to other family and friends to have a go.

This was our third HiddenCity adventure and The Enchanted Mirror was just as enjoyable as the others. We love solving the clues (just about the right difficulty level to allow some of us to be baffled at stages whilst someone else in the group struck on the answer - eventually!) but we also love that the adventure takes you to areas of London we would never ever see. Just brilliant - if you've never done one, we thoroughly recommend. We just wish there were more but it's great to see the level of quality.
Oh, and if you're concerned that something may be out of date or someone puts up a billboard and covers a clue, fear not! In our experience, someone must be going round periodically checking all is in order and on some of our adventures we've even had clues pointing to things that are clearly temporary.

Done this yesterday with a friend. We laughed, we got lost and we had a great time. Would 100% recommend this. It certainly showed us parts of London we wouldn't usually walk around and met some lovely on our journey. We even got to finish in a pub for a well deserved drink

This was my second Hidden City experience and just as great as the first.
This was a brilliant game. The clues are really clever. You really need to think outside the box but also be literal!
Once again, this took us around some beautiful parts of London, we wouldn't naturally go to and we saw things we wouldn't normally see.
Great value for money.

The Enchanted Mirror game was amazing! The clues were challenging but not impossible. We loved the pub stops along the way! We saw parts of London we didn’t know existed! We will definitely be booking another one soon!

Very fast and dedicated support. You need a British or North American number, it doesn't work with a German SIM. A local SIM costs just 10 GBP. We thought we could speak English very well, but some of the puzzles use fairy-tale language, which makes you wonder. As a result, we needed a lot more time. Some of the puzzles aren't that trivial. You go on great paths and discover wonderful corners in South Kensington. The storyline lost a bit of momentum for us towards the end, overall it was a bit long, it took us a good three and a half hours without breaks. It's original, a bit expensive for what you get, and not suitable for children or seniors, and, as I said, you need good English and definitely a power bank because your phone runs out of power quickly. Tip: Chat GPT is helpful for some puzzles, but isn't always right. ;-)

We went as a family and split into two teams! It was so much fun and such a good game to run around London and be silly. The service from the team is great and if we ever had any issues then they weee right there to help out! I’ve done all games except for their new 007 game and can’t wait to do this next!!
