● One of the most famous tourist destinations in Korea ● In the past, Nami was young people visiting place for a date, and now it has become an international tourist attraction that foreigners often visit after the Winter Sonata aired in 2003 Introduction Nami Island is 63 kilometers away from Seoul in the direction of Chuncheon, and is famous for its beautiful tree lined roads. The island is 30 minutes away from Chuncheon and an hour away from the suburbs of Seoul. Since it is not far from Seoul, many couples and families come to visit. In the middle of the isle, there is a grass field about 316,320 square yards. It features education and training facilities and camping sites. The island also has a swimming pool and water-sports facilities for motorboats and water skiing, as well as a theme park with a merry-go-round, shooting range, and roller skating rink. Lodging facilities such as resort villas and bungalows are available for visitors to stay on the island.

● A theme park like a small French village with a fairy tale appearance ● Korean Drama and Show making place: Korean dramas and TV shows have been made here, making this place even more famous. Introduction After traveling 10 km along the lakeside road from Cheongpyeong Dam, in the direction of Nami Island, you will come across a cluster of white, exotic buildings on the left-hand hillside. From its outward appearance, it would appear to be a village that belongs on the Mediterranean coast or in a pastoral area of the Piedmont Alps. This is Petite France, a French cultural village set in the Korean countryside! Petite France serves as both a French cultural village and a youth training facility (Goseong Youth Training Center), and consists of 16 French-style buildings where visitors can lodge and experience French food, clothing, and household culture.

● Artificial Arboretum where you can feel the beauty of Korean garden ● The Garden of Morning Calm is a famous tourist attraction in this area along with Nami Island and Petite France. Introduction The garden is the oldest private garden in Korea. It is an artistic space with a beautiful balance between the Korean concept of natural curves with asymmetry, and plants with synthetic materials, attracting about 600,000 visitors annually. The garden houses about 5,000 kinds of plants, including 300 varieties native to Baekdusan Mountain, known as a spiritual mountain to the Korean people. Flowers are in bloom from March to November, so the garden is usually busy during this period. In addition to the beautiful foliage of the garden, there are a variety of festivals and displays held throughout the year. * Spring: Spring Garden Festival * Summer: Festival of Roses, Hydrangeas and Roses of Sharon * Autumn: Festival of Chrysanthemums and Autumnal Tints * Winter: Lighting Festival

My mom and I really enjoyed this tour! Benny was our tour guide. He was prompt picking us up in the morning. He kept us on a schedule and structured our tour very well! We ended up missing a lot of the crowds, especially at Nami Island, which added to the experience and made for a calming vibe. In addition to all of the information/knowledge about the stops on the tour, we had great conversations with him about a variety of different topics throughout the day! He also took us to a restaurant for a delicious lunch. This day was one of my favorites on this trip so far. Thank you, Benny!

Our day began by meeting our tour guide, Mr. Chance Kim. He was prompt, pleasant and very good looking. We enjoyed his comedic style in talking about current events in Korea and also history as well. He gave us plenty of free time and also took us to the best Korean barbecue we've had so far. Both Nami Island and the Calm Garden were a spectacular visit. He showed us all the highlights in both places and even spoke about the trees and plants. Both of these place would be a place where I would come back again and again. What we liked about the tour beside the locations we visited was the fact that we could understand His English and his humor. We have never laughed so hard with the tour guide on a tour.

Our Tour guid (Mr. Kim) made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the first minute.

He was very friendly, professional, personable, and very helpful.

We will highly recommend Mr. Kim to our friends and everyone.

Nami Island is a fantastic place and we wished we could have spent more time there.
The Garden of morning calm is a very unique experience. Loved it.

Our guide Dave was great & knowledgeable about the sites as well as Korean history. I would highly recommend Dave if you have a small group. We liked this tour as it’s difficult to travel by yourselves to these places. Spring is such a good time to go with cherry blossoms blooming & lots of tulips in garden of morning calm.

Tour guide Mr. Kim was great! Very informative and entertaining.
It was a bit too cold. Its probably better to visit these places later in Spring to see the beauty of the trees and plants.

We booked the Morning Calm/Nami Island/Petite France experience. Out tour guide Chance Kim, was an awesome, excellent, wonderful tour guide. We were a family of five from Hawaii, and he kept us very well informed about Korean history/current events and the places we were going to. We really loved the resturant he brought us to eat bbq chicken! He is very accomadting, fun loving, and a flexible guide! I hope he will be able to come to Hawaii one day and experience our hospitality as well like how he has shown us on this tour!

It is a great way to get out of Seoul if you are looking for a break . Nami island and the garden of morning calm are very developed/commercial areas. It is not wild nature at all so just be prepared for a more produced experience.

BJ was phenomenal; he made the entire day a lovely experience. He was knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and patient. His professionalism was second to none. We enjoyed Nami and the light show at the Garden of the Morning Calm the most. Actually, lunch was spectacular too. All in all, BJ made it an amazing day!
