Riu montego hotel we stayed check in was 3pm we never got settled in until after 6 pm first they never got our reservation right .then had to add my 4year old finally got the room key 5 of us never ask if we need help with our luggage to our room we got to our room it was on the ground floor smell like mold ,couldn't breathe properly we called to have our room switch we waited 45 mins. After been told someone is on their way had to walked back to the front desk to get the key to the second floor and there were no elevator. Had to struggle with the luggage .got settled in .I have never heard of a 4 star hotel without elevator with a 4 floor. We stayed for 3 nights. Mike H
