Excellent service. They were very accommodating when my husband had to run to the airport to pick up my lost luggage and was not back on time. They rescheduled us and got us to our cruise ship in style. Our driver was fantastic!

The driver was there to receive us on arrival. He was very courteous, helped with our baggage and took us to the cruise port in timely fashion. He took us to the luggage checkpoint for Princess Cruises where he made sure our baggage transferred smoothly.

Very easy. Our flight was early and Our driver even arrived earlier! Glad to bypass the crowds, car was clean and loved the luxury. Busy day for our driver he was super alert and patient with other drivers. Highly recommend!

Marco was fantastic! Made the transition to the cruise port so easy. He met us by baggage claim and carried our luggage to the car. He made great time and took us right to the door of the cruise port. So easy!!!

Arranged three pickups online before I left Canada for Rome. Excellent communication.
Picked up at Rome airport and driven to Radisson Blu.
Picked up at Radisson Blu and driven to Civitvecchia to board our cruise ship.
Picked up from cruise ship and driven to the Radisson Blu.
All of these trips were private transportation with excellent, courteous and professional drivers who lifted our luggage into the trunk. All trips were on time with no problems.

Professional service from start to finish. The driver was time, helped with the luggage and ride in a clean comfy car. Booking on line was easy with a quick response. Only small issue is payment in cash to driver and since we were on a cruise ship could have been problematic. Would highly recommend recommend
