Great trip. Amazing views and fun activities. The rooms were comfortable and the showers were hot. Would have expected the water bottles to be included but that was the only flaw.

We booked a night on Le Journey. The booking process, dealing with Luong was seem-less. She always replied to my questions via what’s app quickly. Now for the cruise….definitely a must if you are coming to Hanoi but it is a very busy, tiring couple of days. We were taken to Halong on a luxury bus but had to do the obligatory stop at a Pearl farm which wasted 30mins. Then when we arrived at the terminal, waited about 30 mins to board a tender to be taken to Le journey which was about 30-40 mins ride away. When we finally boarded the boat, we were drip fed a lunch of several courses for over an hour while I guess they were still preparing the rooms. Lunch was terrible- mainly seafood (they do cater for all dietary requirements) but fortunately the other meals were much better. Our rooms were very spacious and lovely, we had a balcony to enjoy the stunning scenery. After an hour we went kayaking. This was fun and beautiful. Once we returned, we had happy hour and dinner which was great. The next day at 7am we were taken on a smaller boat ride through a cave, taken back, served brunch and then we were off and heading back to Hanoi. All in all, I found it quite rushed and not enough time to enjoy our room. We would have liked more swimming time- some boats we could see people swim off but we weren’t allowed and all in all we were on the boat for less than 24 hours. Tony and James were very helpful and all staff extremely friendly managing to chat to us via google translate.

We booked the 2D/1N package via Travel Sense Asia. Booking process was straightforward with clear information and prompt follow up by Kurt Nguyen, the Travel Consultant. The transport pick up was punctual (0800hrs) and the bus was comfortable for the 3 hr journey.

The cruise itself was very well organized. Our cruise manager was Minh who did a fantastic job explaining the safety instructions and agenda for the day. He was very polite and fluent in English. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It has a balcony which offered great views of the limestone formation. It had basic amenities like a kettle, coffee/tea, mineral water and hair dryer. The crew loaded and off-loaded our luggage so we need not lug them ourselves. Meals were sumptuous (I.e 8-9 small courses of meat and vegetables). They paid attention to the dietary restrictions as well. Alcoholic drinks and other additional beverages are available for purchase. There was no long waiting time for any of the activities. All in, was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience.

Worst cruise ever visited, cruise got stuck in harbor itself and moved after 1:40 am . Tour guide rushed the activities by next day morning and didn’t give time to make kids ready after breakfast. Left without information almost 4 families were left behind in cruise itself . Two single beds were joined together and I slept in the middle to accommodate, back pain was severe since we shared the bed with child

One of my most remember vacation.
For those who go as a solo travaler, don't be affair.
The cruise members will make you feel like home since the first welcome.
I have a very good time in the cruise with a program for 2 days 1 night.
Good food, super friendly services.

The staff from the cruise is amazing, they take care of whatever you need always with a smile. I only regret not having spent one extra night/day at the cruise. They upgrade us to a better cruise from the same company and the room was stunning, beautiful views and comfortable

I would have liked to spend more time on the activities but it’s a short schedule
