We went on a 15 days tour including BeBe National Park, Ha Giang walk, Yun Tu , Ha Long Bay n others.
The tour guide Chin n driver Tuan n most importantly the organiser, Jack. were amazing friendly n helpful!
A group of 8 of us went on this Tou. We had the most wonderful time of our life. Accomodation n food were excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Vietnam. We would highly recommend Conical Tour for any one going to Vietnam!.

From our first contact online, Jack was professional, prompt with replies and made a sincere effort to listen and incorporate what we were looking for.
From beginning to end the trip was seamless with transfers, etc.
Our 7 day trip with Chien and Mr. Thuy north of Hanoi was wonderful. Chien was the perfect guide. He offered up great knowledge on the places we visited and obviously has tremendous pride in his country. Mr. Thuy's driving was superb and we felt safe at all times. If we should ever return to Vietnam, we would request both Mr. Thuy and Chien to accompany us on an extended tour. Thank you Jack for planning an excellent experience for our first visit to your beautiful country.

My Mom and I had a perfect trip through Northern Vietnam. Jack was helpful and responsive when I booked, and he even helped me quickly secure a visa when I had an unexpected issue. Our guide, Mr. Lee, is an incredibly special man. His love for his country and the people taught me so much about Vietnam’s culture and history. We came right as the rice harvest started! On this trip North, we saw how the Tay, Hmong, Lo Lo Chai lived and farmed and had beautiful hikes. We had an unforgettable dinner and stay with a welcoming family at a Tay home stay on our last night at Ba Be Lake. My favorite part was getting to stay in the smaller towns or cities up north - I loved Dong Van and Cao Bang - and eating dragon fruit on the side of the road!! I am a planner and this trip was ORGANIZED and well run!! Finally, the trip wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing driver Mr. Duc! He had such a sparkle and a great sense of humor - and he got us through some long drives safe and sound. We met his family on the drive into Ha Giang, and they gave us the best papayas I’ll ever have straight from their yard. Thank you again to Mr. Lee, Mr. Duc, and Mr. Jack, and I hope our paths cross again one day. Vietnam is an amazing country and I can’t recommend this experience enough.

This trip was absolutely amazing! My daughter and I had a wonderful adventure. We were captivated by the stunning beauty of Northern Vietnam. We were fortunate to have the company and expertise of the charming and knowledgeable Mr Lee. He took such good care of us and gave us so much insight and interpretation of this new culture we were experiencing. Delicious and interesting food and local beer happy hour every day. Our driver, Mr Duc, was loads of fun and he was a professional and skilled driver. Every day brought new memories and experiences. Terrific hikes, exploring local villages and some bigger towns, local markets and craftsmen, views from mountain paths, towers, forts! Caves and waterfalls! It was magical. Thank you Conical Travel!

We first contacted Jack from Conical Travel to inquire about the 6-day trip to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Falls and Ba Be Lake. Jack was very nice with his prompt response and customized us the trip into a 10-day trip including some extra days for trekking and kayaking.
The adventure was incredible. We went along the border with China and had the very chances to see the unspoiled landscape, local ethnic minorities and learn about different things in different places we visited.
And we never forget to thank our super guide Ivan and skilled driver Hung for their great help to turn this magical trip into unforgettable experiences.
