This is an incredible tour. It has everything, Auschwitz and Birkenau are both very emotional places to visit as it explains to you the horrific experiences prisoners had to endure through the Second World War, and the Salt Mines tour is an unbelievable experience, would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Our guide Daniel was also very helpful and informative.

Excellent service, very informative, they even sent a text on the morning advising that they were running a few minutes late. Plenty of comfort breaks, and time for a drink. Guides at both sites were excellent. The lady on our mini bus was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was happy xx great company to book your tours with x

I felt a bit s though I was herded a round Auschwitz. I kept losing the commentary of the group leader so feel that I didn't really benefit from this tour.
I didn't do the tour of Birkenau as the temperature was 32°C and there is no shade at Birkenau and this was too hot for me.
The Salt Mine is amazing, this definitely shouldn't be missed!
The tour in one day is very rushed, hardly any downtime to eat and drink.
It is a very long day and if I was to do it again, I would do it over 2 days.
Out driver was lovely and looked after us well.

What a company and what a guy our tour guide Raf is! 👌🥰Definitely THE best tour operator in Krakow (Raf was our nickname for him , you know who you are 😉) he went above and beyond in every way possible from making sure we had tried the local drinks and cuisine offering high end quality restaurant suggestions to providing us with a little tipple after our day at Auschwitz and the Salt mines (outstanding service). To offering more than reasonable prices for their tours. Thank-you for a 40th birthday experience Daniel and I will never forget, we will 100 percent be getting back in touch with this company on our next trip to Poland and Thank-you for our little gifts at the end, a perfect end to a perfect trip. Thanks again guys you were awesome!! 👌👍😀

We originally booked the salt mine tour with AT, and ended up additionally booking Aushwitz. Rafael went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience whilst visiting both. We were also able to continue to the airport from one of the trips which made our situation so much easier. Would definitely recommend

From being picked up on time by Krystoff we had a full on day.
We were given a full on tour right from the start of the journey. Krystoff shared local information with us, pointed out numerous places of interest and ensured that we were looked after by the official tour guides at the sites we visited.
Obviously Aucwitz and Birkenau are sites of a dark past. We found the experience very moving, but interesting and informative.
There is a lot of standing & walking so ensure you have comfortable footwear.
The sites and staff were very respectful and observing covid rules, so we felt pretty comfortable.
It was nice to round off the day with the salt mines.
The first part appears a bit gimmicky and touristy, but stick with it, you will be wowed.

Rafael was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. He took us to an amazing place for lunch so we could refuel after a long and somber morning at Auschwitz and Birkenau. On the way to the salt mine he showed us several points of interest and kept a running dialogue in his experiences and life in Krakow
Great over all experience made better by such a great guide/driver
It's was a super long day with lots of walking but glad we did it all in one day.

I was recovering from a twisted ankle and had difficulty walking at a fast pace. For this reason, we elected to have a private tour of the Auschwitz Birkenau Camp, so that we could move at our own pace and note be hurried around in a large group. What happened was that we were taken to the Auschwitz Birkenau Camp in a private car, however we were then placed into a large tour group which hurried us around the entire site, and I my guest were left behind. We complained about this to the driver who indicated he was new on the job, as a result we then spoke to the supervisor who indicated the tour was not private even though the tour was call “Private Tour to Auschwitz Birkenau & Salt Mine in One Day”. We then cancel the rest of the day tour and went back hotel to recover. It was just a Horrible experience overall a major disappointment on our trip to Poland. I would recommend that everyone carefully review all private tour booking to ensure that they are in fact private.
