Highly recommend. Fumi was our guide and was very pleasant. Communication was friendly and we shared great stories, laughs, and provided us ideas for our stay. Driver was friendly and was an expert getting us around safely. Too bad cherry blossoms did not blossom for our Mt Fuji trip. But we had a great time.

Sadly it was cold and cloudy so we did not even get to see Mt Fuji. So trip was unusual.. our guide was knowledgeable and experienced. He had a very luxurious car. It was very comfortable. The trip was very expensive for us and that we would not do again. Tony had a nice tour for us

Tony is a very experienced guide who speaks good English. He tells us about the background and history of the places he brings us. We wouldn’t have known the facts if we travelled alone. He is very accommodating to our needs and is patient with kids too. It is so convenient for him to bring us around, we do not need to worry about anything. It has been a pleasant and smooth tour with him, highly recommended to engage him for Tokyo tours! 👍

We used Japan Travel Assist for four cities we visited over 2 weeks: Tokyo, Mt. Fuji/Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka. We had a great time with our all of our guides (Fumi, Tony, and Mimmy). The overall experience was outstanding and would definitely use Tony and his team again on our next trip.
The booking process was easy, all the guides were so flexible and accommodating with last minute adjustments and Fumi was particularly thoughtful in anticipating what our teenage girls would be interested in doing in Tokyo and Kyoto.

We had a great time with Tony: he showed us some hidden non touristy places with gorgeous views on Mt Fuji, stopped on the way to get some local strawberries, and took us around great locations at a nice pace! We really enjoyed the day

Tony was an absolute joy to deal with before and on the day itself. He allowed us to feel so relaxed and catered the day and food to our own requirements which made for a fantastic and memorable experience. He also gave that personal touch and never made us feel rushed so we were able to make the most of our trip to Mt.Fuji and it’s surrounding areas.

Tony was an exceptional guide for the day. We had planned and booked for a specific day. Tony contacted us a couple of days before and told us the weather was not going to be great but was willing to take us a day earlier when the weather and viewing would be much better. I can't say I have ever had that happen!
He picked us up in a very comfortable vehicle which made the day's travel very easy. The itinerary he planned gave us views of the mountain from pretty much all sides and from places not nearly as many people go to. His insight about the area and the history was tremendous and added greatly to the day.
We really could not have asked for anything more in a tour like this and I would not hesitate to recommend him fully to anyone

Tony was an excellent tour guide. He took us to places we would be interested in seeing. He took us to a local Ramen place for lunch which was a great experience. Tony was very knowledgable, and very adaptable with our children on the tour. I would recommend him for anyone that would like a professional and informative tour guide.

This is our first trip to Mt Fuji. We were there with 2 families with children and stayed in Hakone for 2 nights. On the first day, we visited the Hakone shrine and took a battleship cruise in Lake Aishi. The surrounding scenery was serene and awe-inspiring. On the second day, we visited a ski resort at Mt Fuji. The children had a great time playing with snow. Our local guide, Mr Tony Toshio was efficient and accommodating. He gave me very good ideas when I was planning for my itinerary and always ensures that my requests and queries were taken care of.
