The actual experience was great, but PLEASE WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. The men on the boat and in the water are working together to steal and scam you. It was a random white guy in a private boat they was very close to our boat. Thank God we had people who never got off the boat and we put our belongings under the seat, so our things was safe. The picture guy tried to charge us $650 for the pictures. DO NOT TAKE THE PICTURES WITH THE PARROT. They chaege us $30 to take the picture but because we didn't purchase ALL the picture they said THIS IS ONLY THE "FEE" TO TAKE THE PICTURES, NOT FOR THE ACTUAL PICTURES. They also tried to charge us for some sun glasses they we lost and they found. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.......

The actual boat experience was good. The crew was great. However, the pick up went to the wrong hotel so we were late leaving. When we got to the boat, it was supposed to be a three hour excursion and it ended up being 2 1/2. There was a photographer on board which took amazing pictures, but the package was $400. The actual boat experience was a lot of fun however I can’t say it was worth $1000 the issues we had. I paid that amount of money for three hour excursion and taking 30 minutes away from that and significant.

We booked the private boat with slide for our entire group as our bachelor/bachelorette the day before our wedding. Everyone had an amazing time!! Claudia is fantastic and so is her crew. The food and drinks were great, music playlist was perfect, and we loved the stops for snorkeling and at the private beach. Couldn’t ask for a better excursion.

An excellent fun excursion to do with family and friends! Wonderful hosts provided a great trip experience in Punta Cana. Would certainly do it again! Claudia was very personable and a fun host!

The boat crew was awesome. We sailed at 11:30am instead of 12:00pm according to the reservation. Overall a great experience.
