Your driver and tour guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby at 6:30 this tour is earlier than other tour, because everyday crowded. firstly we are going to visit the gate to the heaven to take morning photos, approximately 2 hours driver to this place, this place is located in the east of Bali, on the slop of Mt Lempuyang, we also provided the driver as tour guide

I did not enjoy this tour. It really wasn’t much of a tour, just a driver. The guide gave us no educational information. He just drove us to each location where we were to take pictures. I wish the description would have provided more information like how much we would need to pay and that we should bring swimwear and water shoes or slides for the waterfall. There was an entrance fee At every stop, and we paid over 340k rupiah in addition to what we paid for the tour, and we did not participate in everything. I am 5 months pregnant and the driver did not communicate to me how much hiking and climbing would be involved going to the waterfall. I asked him how much longer the hike would be and he responded I’m a very vague manner. I ended up not going all the way to the waterfall because it did not feel safe for me. I would not recommend this tour.

The journey was satisfactory; however, I believe that it had the potential to be significantly better. I had anticipated a guided excursion that would provide extensive information regarding the country, its landmarks, religion and history. Regrettably, this was not the case.
Prior notification was not provided to inform us that we would need to wade through water to reach the waterfall. Consequently, we were not equipped with appropriate footwear (flip flops) and had to endure the remainder of the journey with wet shoes, which could have been easily avoided if we had been provided with necessary information.
Furthermore, I must mention that the organizer refused to arrange transportation for our third friend from a different hotel, even though we were willing to pay an extra fee. The organizer's explanation was preposterous, as they stated that it had to be at least two people from one hotel, and the reason for this decision remains inexplicable.

It was a very well organized trip. The Driver/Tour Guide Mr Gusti Nrungrai Budiratha was very flexible and made sure we are comfortable throughout the trip.
He also helped us capture some great photos. Out of all the tours we took in Bali, this one was the best.

The day was filled with the best instagramable spots. Tawan was great and doubled as a cameraman if you needed. My friends back at home are all jealous of the photos I took!

What an amazing tour!
We had a wonderful day with Tawan. We started off at Lempuyang temple and had a wonderful view of Agung before moving onto Tirta Gangga where we were able to feed the Koi we couldn’t believe the size of some of them! Afterwards we had lunch with a jungle view before moving onto Tukad Cepung for a beautiful view of the waterfall. We then went to the coffee plantation which we weren’t expecting and was a hidden gem! We got to try lots of different coffees and teas and have some of the famous Kopi Luwak. Finally we ended up at the Tegalalang rice terraces with the jungle swing. The heights weren’t for me but Tawan did get some great shots!
The day overall was perfect, Tawan was such good company and told us lots about Bali’s culture which was great hearing about from a local!

It was great! Even though it started to rain we had a very nice time and could see a lot. Komang was one of the best guides I ever had. Thanks to him, we learned a lot about the balinese culture and he took great pictures :)
We also loved the view at our lunchplace!

This tour exceeded expectations in every way, with our guide bringing us to some of the most beautiful places that I've ever been to, to capture some great memories on film. It was such an enjoyable day and brilliant introduction to how beautiful Bali is.
Shoutout to our guide, Komang, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. <3 He showed us the best photo spots, sprinkled in some history and was excited to help us take photos. We not only ended the day with pretty photos but also a great new friend, he was the biggest reason why the trip better than I'd initially expected!! :-)

What an amazing trip from start to finish! Everyone involved in the tour was exceptionally accomadating especially our driver Bello, who also became our photographer and was able to answer all our questions about Balianese history and culture that we most certainly would have missed. The only recommendation I would make would be to have a substantial breakfast before commencing as the waterfalls are quite a hike but well worth a visit it at this time of year.

dewa took us out for the day and it was heaps of fun, he gave us lots of useful info about the areas and made the whole day run smoothly. Would definetly recommend :)
