Be prepared to bring snacks/food/water. They do serve you once on the trip but it's a granola bar and some quinoa chips. Also make sure you bring bug spray, I forgot mine at the hotel and it was $20 for a small can when I got to Machu Picchu (not the trips fault, my own). The experience was amazing, going through the Andes is surreal to look at in the panoramic view. It was a long ride and once you get there your guide will meet you, our was Rafael and he was amazing. I had just flown in the night before and still was adjusting to the altitude (give yourself 24 hours at least and don't make my mistake). He took his time while we were hiking up to stop and give us plenty of history about Machu Picchu including the people, crops they produced, the flowers/plants, how Machu Picchu survived the Spaniards invading Peru and of course the llamas. I also loved how I got picked up and dropped off at my hotel and even got my tickets delivered to me the night before the trip. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend this trip. It's definitely worth the money.

It was absolutely amazing. From the beginning to the end everything was perfectly organized. We never had no idea where to go or what to do… thanks for this great experience! Machu Picchu is just an incredible place!

Excellent attention and service. We did 5 excursions with them and everything was perfect, from the transfers, lunches to the guides. Leo and Ruth very helpful and attentive all the time. We hired part of the excursions from Argentina and we had no problems. 100% recommended.

We took the train from Aquas Calientes to the bus after visiting Machu Picchu. What we thought would be an ordinary train ride, with scenic beauty, the unexpected entertainment and service were a wonderful surprise! I had no idea that the servers on the train would entertain us with dancing and a fashion show! they were so friendly and very nice. I'd like to personally acknowledge Joseph and Miguel!
