Airport Transfer from Osaka city to Kansai airport

We have families of 7, we found the service online. The driver is so responsible to contact a day before the pick up. The driver met us the the hotel of lobby and helped us to move some luggage’s. We had 14 luggage’s and picked up on time and we arrived to the airport smoothly. We appreciated that the driver and the platform to provide a good service. We will recommend to our friends whom plans to travel Japan!
Our route was picking up from Osaka city hotel to Kansai international airport.

Nice ride from Osaka to Kansai airport. Our driver was very nice and welcoming. We had an excellent conversation with him using Google Translate text-to-voice. He was at our hotel for pickup before the arranged time, waited for us patiently and dropped us of exactly on time! Great service and would recommend to anyone.

I had booked transport from France for the hotel-airport transfer to Osaka. The person in charge of the booking file was very responsive throughout our exchanges.
The file was followed perfectly and the day before transport I received a message from Viator confirming the mission, and a message also from the Driver informing me of the time of the rendezvous according to my request.
On the D-day, the taxi was waiting for us at the hotel reception, it took care of our luggage and brought us with great attention and professionalism to the airport.
We had no worries or fears about anything, the service was perfect from booking to mission. I really recommend this service, and will not fail to appeal to this organization if necessary.

Having never been to Osaka and realising I was arriving by Shinkansen a very long distance from my hotel (I was starting a tour) I engaged the services of this company. Despite making my request not much more than 24 hours in advance the booking was confirmed, the agent provided great communication with very simple instructions to the meeting point using photos to help. Even before I arrived the driver made contact confirming his arrival and also prompting me with photos to the meeting point. The driver was a good careful driver who knew exactly where he was going. The vehicle was super clean, modern and luxurious. I would highly recommend this service.

Zen was a very nice Japanese man that ended our Japan trip.
As we drove to Kansas Airport he explained a lot about Osaka.

The driver arrived 5 minutes early & waited till the exact time of booking to come into the hotel lobby to get us! He handled our 2 big suitcases easily in his big "van" and easily maneuvered his way through the morning traffic. We got to the airport about 5 minutes earlier than estimated. He did not speak much English & smelled of cigarette smoke, but was very polite in manner
