Driver was in contact before and after landing. He was very patient because it took a while for our bags to come out.

Wonderful driver and ride! I would highly recommend reserving ahead as the entire process was smooth and seamless. Having just arrived to Japan it was helpful to know that we had a direct ride to our hotel (with a time zone change and jet lag- not navigating was helpful).

Operator contacted us to get our flight info and told us exactly what to expect. Driver let us know he was waiting in the terminal and sent us a photo of a landmark to look for where he would meet us. This was very helpful in that there seemed to be dozens of drivers holding signs with passenger names.

The driver was very helpful. He helped me find the money exchange place, which was one less thing for me to worry about. He was very prompt in contacting me to introduce himself, and assisted us with our luggage to include a foldable wheelchair. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Driver was impatient knowing I had to go through a lot of check-ins, I kept constant communication and he was rude and left us stranded.

Didn’t pick us up. Lack of communication. With the price charged driver should have met us at the gate with a sign!!!

Our drivers ere do kind and patient. Helpful truly professional. Made our arrival so stress free. Took care of luggage at airport and hotel. Using this service is worth every penny. Can’t imagine using a train with luggage at the end of a long flight.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign as we exited customs. We had a short walk to the parking garage where we boarded a van with very comfortable seats. Our driver was courteous, professional, and efficient. He dropped us off right outside our hotel in a timely manner.
