The title is misleading. This is only transportation to Mystic Mountain not a Mystic Mountain Canopy Experience. Title it as Transportation to Mystic Mountain, additional fees for entry to park and events apply. I don't recall seeing that mentioned anywhere on this advertisement. However, PPP transportation services was prompt, professional and personable, he also got us to our destination safely. My rating is not a reflection on the service he provided, just applies to Viator's advertisement.

Mr. Pugh of PPP Trans tours made our experience a positive one. He arrived on time. He shared with us the history of Jamaica and pointed out many other activities to do. At Mystic Mountain we took the sky ride and the bobsled ride which is a thrilling experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this activity.

Easy communication and pick off right outside my cruise pier. Never felt rushed but at the same time they were VERY conscious of what time we needed to return to the cruise ship. So at no point was i worried about missing the boat. Even had time to visit a local place to eat that they recommended. Very happy overall.
