This whole day group tour from Krakow gives you an opportunity to admire the landscape of the splendid Tatra Mountains covered with snow. First you will visit Chochołów village and admire local, wooden architecture, then Zakopane with famous Krupowki Street, Our driver/guide will take care of you during your tour and will show you the most popular sites of Zakopane – examples of the wooden architecture, Wielka Krokiew ski jump etc. In the meantime you will have time to experience Zakopane on your own.
In the afternoon you will experience full of joy sleigh ride in one of the picturesque valleys. After about 1 hour sleigh ride, there's a bonfire for you, and you will be treated with warm pork sausages, smoked cheese - “oscypek” and Highlander's tea with a "kick". Sleigh ride near Zakopane is a real adventure. A mountain climate and winter scenery, make you feel like in a fairy tale. Note, that while the snow cover is insufficient to use the sleigh, it will be altered to the horse cart.

A day I will never forget!
Tomasz is an absolute angel! I think quite possibly one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. He made us feel so comfortable and felt like we have known him a life time. He was so informative, took us to some absolutely gorgeous places and really made the day special for us. After going around Zakopane we went for our sleigh ride, WOW what an experience! It was so beautiful just taking in the breath taking views and so personal just being us. The bonfire and food was absolutely delicious and it was lovely. Well worth every penny spent! Tomasz even sent us a beautiful video of us going in the horse drawn carriage. And to top the day off my now Fiance proposed to me in the horse drawn carriage. The most magical day! It was absolutely lovely the whole experience and I'm glad Tomasz shared our special day with us. He is a precious soul! Thankyou so much for the most amazing day! I would reccomended to everyone you will not regret booking!

What can I say other than absolutely outstanding!? We took a trip to Zakopane with Ralph as our tour guide and he was incredible! Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and made our day so wonderful. Ralph took us to various places on the journey to Zakopane and told us a lot about the history of the area which was really fascinating. Nothing was too much for Ralph, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide or trip. Thank you Ralph for everything! I couldn’t recommend this trip enough- it’s a must do when visiting Krakow!

What an amazing trip made even better by our guide Tomasz, he was very polite, friendly and very informative during our trip to Zakopane..the ski lifts was excellent aswell as the sleigh ride followed by the bonfire and local food tasting. We would highly recommend using him for this trip definitely 5⭐️

We were greeted by Tomaz with a smile early in the morning.
He was very polite and explained what our itinerary would be .
We had great communication with him on our way and he was very bubbly and easy to talk to
He drove us safely to the first destination and explained everything well, everything ran smoothly to schedule and we had the most amazing day ...even though there wasn't much snow it was still a great experience with laughter and fun and we thoroughly enjoyed it .
A bonfire was provided to cook our own sausages and cheese and we had a choice of drinks too, after which we were safely driven back to our hotel , picking up some extra ideas to do while we were here in krakow .
Thomaz was a joy to be with and became a friend!

I would not recommend it.
The real trip means 25 minutes to the forest and 25 the ride back.
Because the lack of snow 80% of the trip was on the asphalt and mud.
Fire torch were not provided.
The company could it cancel it because the lack of snow but they didn't do it.
2 hours feast means some sausage from the retail market grilled in a place full of mud.
I would not recommend it.

Rafal from Prime Tours was helpful in answering my questions prior to the trip. Tomasz our guide is friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed his company. There wasn’t enough snow during our tour hence we sat on wheels instead of sleigh, this was pre-empted to us before the tour. It was still a great experience. The view up the funicular was amazing and also the Chochołow wooden houses. Bonfire was fun! Downside was that lunch was a little rushed, though this can be flexible with the guide if you prefer a longer lunch and skip certain sights.

If you are looking for the perfect tour company in Krakow, Prime tours has it all covered, I booked the Zakopane Sleigh Ride and Bonfire Tour for me and my partner and everything from the booking process with Rafal to the whole day looked after by Tomasz was faultless. Tomasz was an amazing guide who really goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable and looked after.
