We wanted to have a smaller group snorkeling experience away from the usual spots. The crew was fantastic, making our group comfortable and engaged. They fed us nice fresh food and drinks. The best part was the snorkeling! Captain Jill brought us to two incredible places tucked away, off of Lanai. Tons of beautiful coral reef creatures and fish! So many reefs are suffering from a variety of issues but these were vibrant and beautiful.
The boat was comfortable and although the winds weren’t always in our favor, the crew did a great job with navigating us through.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this trip for the snorkeling experience, the talented crew, and the amazing beauty of the ride.

Wow, what a fantastic time! The crew was amazing! They made sure we had lots of time and taught us alot about the fish we seen. They were super safe, and made sure that if the surf was too heavy we went to another location.
We happend to cross into a group of 7-800 spinner dolphins, and also came acrross a small pod of bottle nose dolphins as well!
The crew gave us lots of time to take photos, and also brought us to a great spot to swim with the turtles!
The snacks and food are great for replenishing energy, and they made sure there was a cooler full of drinks and water.
I highly reccomend this tour. But if you are not an american citizen, i suggest bringing cash for a tip, as we didnt realize until after the tour, venmo is for american citizens only.

Dave and I (age 72 and 69) joined Jill and her two crew members on a beautiful Friday morning. As their motor rafts were burned in the Lahaina fire, we motored out to Lanai in their new cruiser, which was perfect for our small group of 13 or 14 people. We are good swimmers but were the oldest snorkelers, and were so glad we chose a small group experience. (Our fellow snorkelers were lots of fun!) Before our trip, I called their Hawaiian Ocean Rafing store to ask about the long reef off Lanai versus the reef at Molokini crater. The gentleman I talked to described in detail the pristine reef at Lanai versus the over-snorkeled reef at Molokini with all the boats and people that go each day. We are so glad we chose the Ocean Rafting tour. The captain, Jill, had 30 years of Maui ocean knowledge under her belt and was very thorough in her pre-snorkeling presentation and answered lots of questions about the reef and what we were seeing. We snorkeled in two different spots and saw turtles, beautiful coral and plenty of fish. She also drove us to a really cool blowhole just off the side of the island. The dolphins were hiding that day, even though Jill took us to several locations. However, on the way back, she took us to a beautiful spot where the water was a deep crytal clear blue and we dove in and swam a for a few minutes. The light breakfast and bigger lunch were tasty. Being a smaller business, they took a big hit when the fires destroyed their rafts and business shut down. Jill and her crew made sure that we were well-taken-care-of on our tour. We had a blast and say "Mahalo" to Jill and her crew!

Would come back. Helped a ground of starter snorkelers, they were great to my wife when she inhaled too much salt water, and prescription goggles made the day fantastic.

We enjoyed an amazing morning with captain Jill and her crew Danielle & Si(Silas) snorkeling at the coral reef and some viewing the “spinning” dolphins. Captain & crew sharing their knowledge. We were well taken care of. Would highly recommend.

Arrive early...get on first. Eco safe sunscreen. Backpack ok.
Had great fun. Saw a mother whale and her baby. Got good video. Snorkeling off lanai was great...much more than the picked over Molokini. Host were fun and enjoyable, very helpful. Saw large school of jumping blue dolphins. Visited lanai blowhole from boat. Got some great memorable videos.
Fresh fruit, snacks and wraps were delish'. Snorkeling at 2nd location also fun. Then got to jump off boat in deep blue ocean before returning. 5.5 hrs of fun on our vacation. Group of~15, no large crowds. Truly semi private.

The trip was super fun we saw all kinds of sea life near the coral. The guides Val Scott and Jill were very knowledgeable and even went snorkeling with us to point out the fish. They will give you pointers if your a first time snorkeler. Depending on ocean conditions can get a bit rough but would highly recommend this tour.

The best experience during our trip. captain Darrel, Scott, Val were all absolutely great in their own ways. We were lucky enough to have great weather and water conditions that led captain Darrel to take us to some spectacular spots he doesn’t usually get to go to. Captain D also tried to take us to where the dolphins hangout. For me it was my first time snorkelling and Scott and Val were both personable and friendly not to mention great instructors. I would recommend this boat if you’re looking for a great way to experience Hawai’i.

The boat ride was so much fun and the crew were very professional and fun to be with. The water was so warm and the scenery incredible. Very worthwhile and great because it is a smaller boat. Loved the snacks too!
