The bus departs around 09:00 from Rethymno for the drive to Crete’s capital city of Chania, the most beautiful town on the island. Settled more than 4,000 years ago, Chania is one of the oldest cities in Europe.On this full-day excursion you’ll have 5 hours to explore Chania, with plenty of free time for a romantic walk through the idyllic old town.Visit historic neighborhoods, churches and museums and take a walk to the beautiful Venetian Port for shopping, a cup Greek coffee and lunch (not included in the tour price).At around 16:00 the bus will depart for the return trip Rethymno.

Wonderful trip to a beautiful city. Although 5 hours sounds like a lot, we wish we could have stayed longer. The bus was clean, with good a/c. Very nice guide and bus driver. I had a good lunch, great shopping. The restaurants in the side streets behind the fort offer better value for your money.

Pick up was drama free and bus modern and comfortable. With the exception of a map provided and small speech from a very knowledgable and at times funny George, this was very much a return bus ticket as opposed to a guided tour. This was exactly what we wanted so was more than happy with the arrangement and had a great day. Felt like we could have had more time on the day so maybe an earlier and later pick up/departure time would be possible.

Beautiful photos of the lighthouse, however on our return the guide "dumbed" us along the road to a bus stop....

This trip was exactly as advertised basically a transfer from Rethymno to Chania. Guide and driver were good. However the legroom on the coach was minimal hence just 3*

Had a wonderful day in Chania, so many shops bars and restaurants,
we went to the Port area for lunch to a Fish restaurant, a little expensive, make sure you know the price before ordering a Fish Platter, we payed over 200 euros Yikes! ( just for 2 of us)
Otherwise a wonderful day, worth a visit for sure

Trvel to and from Chainia was great with a superb guide.
However there were crowds everywhere due to large crusie ship being in port.
