Explore the National Park with a Kayak activity in the Caniçada reservoir (apx. 1h30 min).
The magnificent landscape will be your background for the morning, while you can be active by paddling and swimming around the lake.
Take a pit stop on a small sandy beach, to swim, relax and try stand up paddle.
Savour a traditional meal in a local and welcoming restaurant with fair, delicious food and wine included!
After lunch is the moment where a (easy/moderate) walk will take you to a stunningshing waterfall, you'll be able to ground yourself, swim and enjoy the magic!
Throughout the day, you will learn about the cultural and traditional aspects of the villages in the Park.

I have taken many groups on tours in many different countries and, truly, there is not a finer tour out there. We did the kayaking, as well. It is not tourism for the masses, but rather a personal experience which benefits a number of small businesses in the region. The product that they offer, and the gusto with which they delivered it were second to none.

Such a good time exploring the park with our guide Nuno. It was great to be collected in Porto to save us driving, we then spent the day in and out of the water, seeing numerous beautiful spots, with the highlight of being the only ones swimming in a beautiful waterful plunge pool. 10/10 day!

Amazing tour, great break from the city to see some of the surrounding nature. It does not take long to get to the park and the guides stop for a coffee and food before the park. The kayaking is really enjoyable and the water is lovely. The food provided is lovely and is above what I have normally received from these types of trips. The waterfall is stunning with crystal clear water, following the waterfall the guides provide a lovely and detailed tour of the small village close to the waterfall which is like stepping back in time. Everyone is extremely friendly and the village is so unique for me it was a first seeing something like this. Like any trip like this the quality of the trip is very dependent on the guides, I'm happy to say the guides Nuno and Diogo S were amazing, lots of information and made sure everyone was doing ok, they answered all our questions and were so pleasant and approachable. If I could give 6 stars I would 😁

"Everything was amazing. Our guide, Antonio, showed us the best gems of the national park and was also a great companion who made good jokes, always helped, and has good taste in music. All the places are worth seeing, and the kayaking activity adds a nice sporty touch to the trip."

Beautiful drive up to the national park. Fabulous kayaking had a chance to stand up paddle, very beautiful and serene. Lunch Hike to pretty amazing waterfalls and swimming pool. Our guide Alejandro was wonderful. I wasn’t feeling well. The last part of the trip and he was very attentive. He provided just enough information without overdoing it and really took care of the group. Highly recommend.

The kayak trip is very pleasant with a stop at a small beach where you can swim. The mountain hike to access the waterfall requires good walking shoes but is a must! It’s truly magical to swim there! Very cold water on the other hand!

We had an amazing time on this trip. Antonio, our guide, was happy and welcoming the whole time. He really tried to engage with everyone on the trip, asking questions and chatting to us, which we really appreciated. He knew a lot about the local history and told us fun facts about a lot of the different places we went to. The kayaking was so much fun and the views of the national park were unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. It was so gorgeous. The waterfall was the best part. The water was clear, fresh and cool, which was perfect for such a hot day. While the hike wasn’t that long, getting to the waterfall did require you to be in good health, as it was very steep and there were a lot of tree branches that could potentially trip you up. Antonio was very good at checking in on us during the climb up and down, making sure to pay close attention to any of us who were struggling more, and he also had some walking poles if we needed them.
We had a really lovely lunch, and, even though I forgot to write on my form that I was a vegetarian, Antonio made sure I had options to eat that were just as filling as the meat option with no fuss or hassle. Wine, water and coffee were included, as well as an ice cream dessert.
We had a really amazing time on the trip! Thank you Oporto Adventure Tours & Antonio!

Sofia was great! We had a brilliant day out with the group, despite a little rain. Pick up was smooth. Enjoyed the kayaking, got to try SUP and explore Geres, including a picturesque waterfall. Delicious meal at a traditional restaurant which catered for us as vegans.
