Fantastic panorama but to get the best views you need to climb the 500 steps to the top of teetop island.

I highly recommend to use this company's services for the tour bookings. Office staff (wonderful Rosie in my case) is polite, helpful and professional. Organization of the tour was perfect. We left Hanoi and came back on time, transportation is really comfortable. Special thanks to the guide who speaks English really well, has a great sense of humor and made this tour unforgettable.

Ha Long Bay is one of the famous tourist places. I booked a 1 day trip with this agency and was pleasantly surprised with the tour. The agent- Thuy was friendly was able to guide me on how to plan my trip. I have dietary restrictions and the agency was able to take care of that. The whole trip starting from pick up and the cruise experience, the buffet lunch and the guide's knowledge of various places and items was amazing. I felt taken care of on the whole trip. It was a lovely experience and will do it again with them.
I did another 3 day 2 nights trip Ban Gioc waterfall after that which happened to be pleasant too, although a bit tiring due to lot of road travel, it was worth watching the water fall :)
