Waited at airport for 30 minutes, finally had to catch an Uber to the Waldorf Astoria. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I get a call from the driver saying he’s at terminal 2 but we landed at terminal 1 (Delta). It was a 20-25 minute ride so the total time if I had waited would have been around an hour. I trust Viator in most cases, we’re gonna call this a one off.

Marvin was our airport pickup, custom tour and airport drop off driver. We had a wonderful experience with him. He was always early to pick us up and is filled with pride for his city and country. He is so personable and full of knowledge I would definitely recommend reserving with MoPanama and asking for Marvin as your driver.

We had smooth sailing at the airport until it was time to locate our ride to the hotel. We spent significant time looking for a sign with our name. Luckily, I had cell service here and was able to find a company # embedded deep within a number of links/clicks. After a few call attempts, the owner informed us that our driver had a flat tire along the way, so another company employee paid for us to take a taxi. We never got the included bottles of water which we were planning for that evening. We also learned the next day how cheap Uber rides can be down here. Perhaps our lesson learned late can help others ahead of time.

Excellent private transportation from the airport to our hotel. Our driver, Eric, was waiting for us when we exited customs and was easy to find. We rode in a minivan, plenty of room for the 2 of us and our bags. Eric gave us so much information about Panama, the city, the canal, and the history!

Very bad experience. Our pick up was a no show. We waited and call them and aviator. They refund us instead. Just so much hassle. So i cancelled the rest of our bookings with them

Eddie was a phenomenal guy! Now my Panamanian brother. He met mi novia y yo at the airport. We were a little delayed in Customs. Friendly man. Pleasant to deal with and to have met. He needs a pay raise and possible promotion! Made my 1st trip in Panama very memorable. True story.

I booked a roundtrip airport-hotel-airport transfer. Both times the drivers were exactly on schedule. They were polite, friendly, and gave advice on the city. They drove safely and took an efficient route. Highly recommend this company!
