He was on time, very helpful and respectful to all 12 of us as we loaded. One of our family forgot a pillow in her room and he waited patiently for her to go get it and come back. He got us to our cruise ship in plenty of time. We are very grateful for your service.

Our tour operator had responsive communication regarding our transfer from airport to cruise terminal. When I notified them that our flight was delayed & communicated via email, response was prompt & accommodating. Our driver was on time, Pick up location was easy to find with and our name was visible on sign. Mercedes van was newer and clean with bottled waters available.
Experience exceeded our expectations and I would definitely book Viator again for our transfer.

Flight delays/cancelations forced arrival time to move by 4 hours, even with 12 hours warning they were not able to accommodate and not able to pick us up. Because within 24 hour cancelation window was charged anyway. You are paying a premium to schedule airport pickup it should come with flight change protection, this is completely out of the control of the guest.
