We had the BEST time ATVing through the jungle and going into the Cenotes! Our guide was incredibly friendly and tells you a lot of fun facts along the trip while also providing everything you could need for the ride to the Cenotes (water bottles, storage to protect your stuff). He even takes videos and photos for you throughout the whole trip leaving you to fully enjoy the experience! The whole ride is beautiful and then when you get to the Cenote's... stunning! You walk through about 3 Cenotes and get to see and experience so much. Our guide was so fun to hangout with the whole time and I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone!

My husband I thoroughly enjoyed the this private tour!
First time for me driving an ATV. I was glad I took the advice from other reviews and had a bandana to add protection from all the dust!
The trek through the cave was pretty cool and swimming in the cenote was very peaceful.
We didn’t even mind the bats fluttering around us (they kept to themselves)!
One thing that would be helpful for future tourists is to provide more detailed directions once booked. Our taxi driver could not determine the location from the on-line address. Luckily he was able to speak with the tour operator and confirm the location.
All in all a positive experience that I would recommend!

Riding the ATVs was very fun and the cenote was beautiful. The fresh water was cold but it felt so nice. Our tour guide Mario was super friendly. He was telling us about the cenote and the jungle area. I recommend this tour to anyone who is staying in the Playa del Carmen area.

This is the only way to ride atvs and explore caves in playa. Mario is a gem of a human and really goes out of his way to make your time great. Two people versus a giant group was a totally different experience, and we thank these guys for such a great day!

Mario was the best tour guide, truly the best part of our trip to Mexico. We wanted a private tour and it was really hard to find one! He exceeded all expectations!
Our resort was a little weird when we asked for a taxi here - I was nervous it wasn’t a real place lol. It very much was real!! And so perfect! We were blown away once we arrived.
We pulled into a gated house/farm with dogs and sheep and fruit trees. Mario was outside expecting us, ATVS and all supplies ready to go. We rode for about an hr then crawled through cenotes for an hr, then rode back another hr. Bathrooms are accessible, Mario had free bottled waters, water shoes, goggles, helmets —- WEAR THE HELMET! I am clumsy AF and hit my head multiple times and was so grateful he convinced me to keep it on lol. The ATV ride was so fun!!! Especially if you take the jungle way back 🤪. Mario was so generous to share stories of his family, home, language, pets, work and Mayan culture. Whenever we come back to Mexico we will be booking with him!! We cannot wait to explore more of the caves and cenotes with mario as our guide.
Bring sunglasses, bathing suit, towel if you want / but don’t need one honestly. Wear tennis shoes not sandals. Bring water shoes if you don’t want to borrow - but honestly they were clean and I wouldn’t bring my own next time!
Leave your phone and wear the helmet!! Your guide takes so many photos - both ones of his choosing and anytime you ask. There is no cell phone service and he takes photos so don’t risk breaking it and ruining your day.

This was an awesome excursion!! Lots of time on the ATV's riding through the jungle on dirt roads. Would definitely recommend for the novice or first time rider. The cave was amazing with Crystal clear water that was actually pretty warm. Very private as the time you are there is just for your tour group. Ended up being just me and my wife. There's not really anywhere to change so I would recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and bring water shoes.

The cenote was absolutely gorgeous! The water was so clear and so refreshing!! And we were the only group there for the most part. It felt amazing after the ATV ride through the jungle. We were able to see some wildlife, tarantulas and turtles. Mario is an excellent tour guide!! Ask him anything about the jungle- he knows it all. Highly recommend this tour! I would do another activity with them when I go back.

My family loved this tour! Great tracks through the forest and a cenote to die for - all to ourselves. Wildlife all over the place, including spider monkeys. Highly recommended
