I waited for at least 20 minutes to be contacted and tried to contact Viator to get the drivers number. As i exited the gate i did not see anyone. Waited and tried to call support. Could not wait any longer thus i had to obtain 2 taxi (fortunately the line for the taxi was not long).
Currently i am waiting for viator to process my refund.

Was delayed during immigration and still waited 25 minutes in the humid heat curbside for the driver to arrive after flying for 19 hours. Car was very clean and upscale though.

Driver was waiting for us in Coach area at Changi. Good communication. Friendly. Comfy van for 4 adults & luggage. Good drive to our hotel.

Our driver, Mr Aldi, contacted us to reassure that he would pick us up. His service was great. He picked us up at Terminal 4 and dropped us at our hotel. Overall, this company is reliable and good service.

Our transfer didn’t arrive and had to catch taxis to our accommodation. Would not recommend booking on this site. When we contacted the company they said they forgot to check their bookings

Pick up was easy but driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel so we then needed to take a taxi to the correct one. Requested Intercontinental Singapore but were dropped at Intercontinental Robertson Quay.
