Diego, our guide, was awesome. He picked us up on time at the airport, and had a 5 hour tour planned. When he found out our son was a huge Paris Saint-Germaine soccer fan, he took us by their stadium. Diego saw some local kids wearing a team scarf, so he asked them about it. It happened to be the day that supporters could sign up for the fan club emails, look inside the stadium, get a free scarf and buy t-shirts. This thrilled our son, and the fan club organizers were excited to have a new member in the US. He also adjusted our tour so we could have an early supper at an outdoor cafe. Diego spoke English very well and definitely customized our tour to show us the highlights we wanted to see. Great way to spend some time during a long layover!

We disembarked our cruise ship in LeHarve and needed a transfer to Paris. I contacted Rachel at Paris Connections and asked if it would be possible to do a Versailles tour the same day. Rachel did an amazing job. Our driver Fabien was waiting for us at the port when we got off the ship and drove us straight to Versailles where we were introduced to our guide Martine. She expertly led us past the lines and through the crowds and her knowledge was invaluable. Rachel had arranged priority access to the chateau and we had plenty of time to tour the gardens first. When we were finished in the chateau, Fabien was waiting to take us to our Paris hotel. It was a perfect day!

We used Paris Connection for two jam-packed days of touring. Our driver/guide, Valeria, was very knowledgeable about every site we visited and we had a great time discussing history and culture. The trip to Versailles was a highlight; Valeria pointed out some interesting features we may have otherwise missed and had some interesting anecdotes about Louis XIV and Louis XVI. The owner, Rachel, was very helpful and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. Would use again.

Having been impressed when we used this service a couple of years ago we were equally so on this occasion. John, the bilingual driver, was well presented, friendly and gave a knowledgable, humorous commentary on our Paris tour. Rachel, the proprietorix could not have been more helpful, particularly when our flight was delayed. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

As we realized we would not make our connection to Athens due to the weather, we learned our new itinerary had a nine hour layover in Paris. Before we took off, I quickly sent an email to Rachel at Paris Connections requesting a driver guide for five hours touring our group of five in Paris the next day. When we arrived I called Rachel and to my delight she had a driver on the way to meet us at CDG. Arthur was wonderful. He was very accommodating and friendly. We drove to the city with our hand luggage in tow. He took us on a grand tour of all the major sites with stops at the Eiffel Tower and lunch at Notre Dame. We saw the Opera, Madelyn, Louvre, Invalids, Left Bank, and many other sites. It was a wonderful surprise. My daughter said I made lemonade from the lemons. I say Rachel worked a miracle over night. As a matter of fact, I'm booking with them again in August when we have a 23 hour Paris layover. Thank you Paris Connection.

We booked a tour with Paris Connection to Monet's home, Giverny. We had not booked a private tour but we were the only ones who had booked that day so it was nice that we had the van to ourselves. The driver picked us up at our hotel very promptly.

However, that was the issue--our driver/guide was pretty much just a driver. He offered very little information or commentary on our way to Giverny and not much at the property either about Monet, his life and career. In addition, the driver was extremely soft spoken which made it difficult to hear him when he did speak. Overall, we were glad we decided to make the trip from Paris but felt that, for the high fee charged, we should have had a true guide rather than just transportation. I would not recommend this tour company for Giverny.

We chose Paris Cnnection for a private all day tour to see two castles outside of Paris and a small art village. The booking was very easy and they were very responsive in customizing a tour to Foundtainbleu and Vaux le Vicomte and the town of Barbizon. The driver picked us up on time from our hotel and answered a lot of questions during the ride out of town. He took us first to Barbizon a wonderful village with art galleries and little cafes. We walked around and from there went to Fountainblue which is very I,preserve and no crowds like Versaille. He took us in and got us settled and then we took the tour and he picked us up afterwards and we enjoyed lunch in town. We then went to the second castle which was wonderful as were e gardens. We then drove back to Paris and were dropped at the hotel. Very professional and interesting tour which we thoroughly enjoys.

We had our best vacation ever with the excellent tours we incorporated on our trip with "Paris Connection". We have traveled many times to Europe and in the beginning we went on tour buses. The last few years we have taken private tours which makes for an extremely private and catered experience, and surprisingly the price is not much more. "Paris Connection Day Tours" were so great to deal with. We started by contacting Rachel by email and she let us pick multiple tours and arrange them in the order and days we wanted. Everyone was extremely pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and on time. We were picked up at our hotel for each tour or excursion and were treated like a King and Queen. We chose to start with "PARIS CITY TOUR & EIFFEL TOWER LUNCH" because it was our first time visiting Paris. Our tour guide, Arthur, was so nice and knowledgeable. He gave us a city tour that was great and lunch at 58 Eiffel was fun and of course had spectacular views. We also chose "GUIDED LOUVE MUSEUM TOUR" with tour guide, Agnes, who was again, so nice and knowledgeable and really helped us to understand so much about the beautiful and breathtaking art work we were seeing. We chose "GUIDED VERSAILLES TOUR" with Arthur and again, Wow, excellent....you can't miss this. The last tour we picked being it was our 20th Anniversary was "SEINE DINNER CRUISE". Our driver picked us up and dropped us to the river boat, which was very elegant and the views and food were great. We just went in October 2014 therefore upon returning to dock, it became dark and the Paris lights and Eiffel towers at night was a sight we will never forget. Very romantic. After, our driver was waiting for us and returned us to our hotel. We spent the next few days on our own. Our last day, our driver picked us up and brought us to the airport. They didn't miss a beat. We so enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend "Paris Connection". It was the best vacation ever!! (and we are very picky)

We were traveling as a family of five, one of us with mobility issues. Paris Connections made our trip possible by helping with our advanced planning and by executing on all their deadlines with amazing promptness. Rachel and Feriel were wonderful via email for months in advance, and this warmth translated to the various connections we took during our visit. Both airport transfers were flawless, even with our pickup location in a hard to find neighborhood location. We took a City Tour, which was a great way to jump out and take a few pictures while getting oriented. We took a Day Trip to Versailles and Chartres, and another to Vaux le Vicompte, Fontainebleau and the village of Barbizan. Both were highlights of our week. Highly recommend Chartres for a breath of uncrowded air and a break from Paris (it's amazing!), and we were delighted with Vaux le Vicompte/Fontainbleau as both were great to visit and a wonderful way to see a little of the countryside as part of our trip. Our guide to the two chateaux was in addition to the driver, and was a stand-out addition to the experience. Paris Connections was just what we needed!
