These guys were great, they were on time and waiting for us. We even had to change our flight time and they did with with no problem. The van was clean and air conditioned. The drivers were kind and friendly.

Pick up from the airport was good. Dropping off was the issue. The driver dropped us off at wrong terminal and I had to pay a cab to drop me off at the correct terminal. I don’t understand he didn’t even stay at least 5 minutes to make sure the customer is ok .

After paying an additional US $54, I was finally wheel-chaired to the VAN (I paid him $5). Then the driver became the nicest person ever and treated me with great respect.

I highly recommend this service, you are gaurenteed a fair price! I unfortunately did not book with them upon my arrival and it was a very stressful experience and I was charged double! The driver was on time and very professional!

The airport to hotel xfer was fine but the return did not happen
The etravel transfer company said they had no record of the reservation although they found our name and asked to contact viator!
Bottom line we had to hire a separate transport back to the airport

They were not there. Spent over s hour trying to get transportation to resort. Had to pay an additional $110 dollars one way for an alternative transportation. The worst experience ever. Fighting to get my money back. Still have to arrange for return transportation. Dont book with them…..

Once again, they did not have any record of our reservation, despite the fact that I had confirmed it twice, the most recent time was 1 day before our departure pickup from our hotel, to go to the airport.
I will not use EE transfers again.
Three stars are for the driver. Not the organization.
