This trip was a waste of time and money. We left feeling like we wasted a day of our trip- and on top of that we got severe food poisoning from the “restaurant” that was chosen for us by the tour guide. The waterfall was a muddy brown pool that only 2 people swam in. The other stops were mildly interesting but many felt like a tourist trap. The best part was riding on the top of the 1973 Land Rover that was practically falling apart. I would avoid this trip and would not recommend it to family or friends.

Loved this trip. There were lots of interesting sights and things to do.
Of concern though was that there were elephants at one of the sites (not connected to the tour company we went with) and they were wearing riding gear. Hate the idea of them being exploited to stayed away.

Great fun day out sightseeing the island.
Lots of fun in the back of the 4wd's with the opportunity to sit up top through the jungle.
Fantastic lunch with beautiful views.

If you want to bang out all the major things to see at Samui in one day, then this is your tour. It is not a trip for someone who prefers to travel in comfort but if you like an open air ride in a jeep from 1970, this is the trip for you. Highlights of the trip was driving up jungle roads and have lunch at the top of the mountain. Fun to travel in group and meet new people.

Experience was mid. They picked us up fom the hotel, and then drive to 6/7 tourist spots, and largely left us to explore by ourselves for 20ish min. Worked out way through all the stops this exact same same way.
Could have very easily done this at your own pace with a scooter.
Transfer and lunch were included, but the experience it self was okay at best... The Jungle isn't really a Jungle we were on concrete/tarmac roads for almost 95% of the journey.
Staff were friendly, but not very informative.
Would recommend giving this a miss, esp if you have your own scooter.

We really enjoyed the safari. We saw a lot of places in Ko Samui and there was enough time for it. The guide was friendly and there was even a water fight to combat the heat :)

The tour was great and well thought out! The driver was funny and easy to understand (in English). There was enough time at each stop to explore the sights yourself, beforehand there was always a short explanation of where you were and the (historical) key facts.
The lunch on the mountain was also very tasty!
All in all, we can only recommend this tour, we really enjoyed it.

The waterfalls weren’t there and hadn’t been for two years. Nowhere to swim, lots of people trying to sell you things, not worth seeing.
It’s was extremely hot, not their fault but no reprieve the entire day at any of the stops. As the car was open and black it’s got stiflingly hot without any aircon, some people decided to leave early.
The longest we stopped at any site was 30 mins. Most we stopped only 10-15 mins at a location.
Some of it was interesting but it felt like a money grab tourist trap. The sites felt either run down of very touristy.
The shooting range ordeal…
No one in our car wanted to go to a shooting range, as we had no interest and it wasn’t advertised, but we stopped outside a remote derelict ‘shooting range’ and told to get out. Very uncomfortably we all said no, the driver was confused so insisted a bit, then offered us to sit on the roof instead, as if it was a perk? We all said no as we were already boiling under the shade, eventually he understood and we went to lunch early.
Overall it was touristy and uncomfortable in the heat but otherwise ok. The best bit was driving around as we got to see the island with a bit of a breeze!
