We used this with our teenage grandkids to see Oxford. It gave a framework for enjoyable family visit. The challenges varied in difficulty and didn’t cause us any problems and the information about Oxford was useful. It was good it finished at the Botanical Gardens next to the river so we could go punting!

I did this escape game with 2 13 year old boys and bought the option for 2 players - thinking they might need to interact on their phones on some of the puzzles. however i only really needed one phone.

We did enjoy the walk and the historic details - i think the route could be better planned to avoid doubling back on yourself and since we know Oxford well the route was was less interesting than it might be to someone discovering Oxford. (and its quirky alleyways and interesting features). great if you are visiting Oxford for the first time and want a couple of hours walk which might lead to visiting various museums, the botanic gardens ad colleges.

it good that you can pic it up and do some or all of it ding some of what Oxford has to offer as you go.

Some of the challenges need to be more specific as we put in detailed dates whim all was required was the year. I can think of many other places and colleges of interest and some more difficult challenges to keep bright youngsters interested.
