Our private walking tour of Jewish Berlin with Martin was the highlight of our trip to Germany. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, totally fluent in English, had a wonderful sense of humor, and by the end of the tour we felt we had not only learned a great deal, but had made a new friend. I have had several friends plan trips to Berlin and I have always recommended Martin. I simply cannot say enough about our wonderful day with him. Solemn at times, necessarily so given the history, but also enlightening and fun.

Our friendly and knowledgeable guide Nadav Jakob met us at the hotel for a private afternoon walk including several minor rides by buss, S- and U-bahn because of the nonstop rain. Despite the weather and very much thanks to Nadav Jakob we had an informative and at times emotionally haunting walk experience.
