Valparaiso, a historical port, best known for its murals, its various hills, its bohemian culture and our famous poet Pablo Neruda's home (La Sebastiana) where we get to know its beautiful garden and take a picture from its incredible viewpoint.

Hello! We really like the Full Tour company as a whole. Regarding the tours, our safety, Guides, punctuality, we are very satisfied. On the first tour I would like to highlight the punctuality, cordiality and knowledge of Guide Brenda and the professionalism of Driver Mario. On the second tour, it was Vina del mar and Valparaiso. It rained the entire way and the trip would have turned bad if it weren't for the GUIDE Alberto who showed his professionalism and passion for what he does. We loved all the information he gave us. congratulations to him! We really liked Alberto. On the third trip, it was to Farellones that the driver MARIO showed a show of professionalism and took us safely to the mountain range. GUIDE Carla showed a lot of concern about safety when some passengers wanted to get out in the snow in the middle of the road to take photos and she managed to convince them about their safety. Finally, I hired a transfer who was very punctual and took us on time and safely. to the airport We really liked the agency and we will definitely recommend and hire the company again. The tour is nice but could have been better.
Guide was not very inspired and took us to a few places during the tour.
In Val Paraíso we went down a hill, saw the painted buildings and some staircases. At the end of the descent we arrived at the port and there we saw some boats moored. And that was it!
Afterwards, the tour continues to Vinha del Mar, where we stop at the flower clock and the moai on Easter Island. Both stops for photos only.
Then we went to the Mediterranean restaurant, a super beautiful place by the sea. Two dishes with a beer and a glass of wine cost R$480.00 (very salty).
After lunch the tour returns to Santiago.
We left around 6:30 am and returned around 2 pm.
My opinion is that if you have free days and nothing to do, it's worth the trip, otherwise, no.

The trip to the coastal cities was full of history, curiosity and relaxation. The guide Aldo was excellent with information and the driver João was very careful. A walk through the past and the present. We enjoyed the gastronomy too. Light and walking tour. Included is a quick boat trip to see Valparaiso from another angle.

Valparaiso is very beautiful. We enjoyed walking through the streets. We appreciate that we were able to go on a funicular ride and see most of the things I had researched about. There was nothing to do in Vina Del Mar except eat lunch. Now for the cons. It says this is a multi lingual tour however no one else spoke English in our group and even though Yahir (our group leader) tried to include us somewhat, the experience would have been better if it was solely an English tour. In addition we were one of the first people picked up and we had to drive around the city for an hour and a half picking up the rest of the people before the tour even started. As a result, the tour was 12 hours long by the time we got home. We must have spent 8 hours in the car and 4 hours touring. 30 minutes at the Casablanca Winery, maybe 2 hours in Valparaiso, and an hour and a half having lunch in Vina Del Mar. We were so anxious to get off the bus upon return that we had the driver just open the door to let us out to walk to our air bnb. We spent extra time waiting on a few people from the group who would stray to shop. I think Yahir should have had better control of this. It made us late for the rest of our time on the tour. I don’t know if I would recommend this.

Tour guide did not speak as much English as Spanish. Felt we constantly got the short version or nothing. Town not as interesting as lead to believe. Long drive, expensive lunch, too much waiting around. But the real problem was just not enough English.

We really enjoyed the experience of getting to know the Pacific coast. It's ice cold lol. This tour covers a lot of ground, goes through a lot of places and the guide was great.
