We really enjoyed the tour. The scenery with unlimited food was such a great delight. A whole range of selections in the buffet was a pleasant surprise. If you are in Prague, you must do it as you can see the entire city with sunset while sipping wine in a very comfortable cruise boat. We were worried about reaching the spot and later finding a ride back home. It's easy to reach and starts/ends promptly on time. We took Uber from our hotel both ways, and it was very accessible.

It was a beautiful evening for the cruise. After the buffet dinner which provided plenty of options including dessert and was very good we were able to go to the top deck and enjoy all the sites along the river. Towards the end of the cruise the lights began to be lighted which made for a wonderful sight. Public transportation was very close to the dock which made it easy to get there and back to our hotel.

The boat dock personnel were extremely rude and sent us to the wrong dinner boat so we were sweaty and almost missed our dinner boat a long walk away
They need much better signage
Also surprised over half of cruise you just are stopped due to water rising and falling ….. staff on board was nice & meal adaquate

Trip was as advertised. Very relaxing. Food is not the best but sufficient. We don’t drink so not too expensive, but if you are a drinker, it could add up- it’s a long boat trip. Great skyline photos and beautiful lights around the city. Music soundtrack was good too.

The original boat was down, and the check in and subsequent departure was chaotic and late, and the substitute boat had a difficult seating area up top, and there was only a cash bar, so not even water was included. It was only cash, not credit cards... which was not clear prior to boarding.
The cruise itself was nice, albeit being shorter than advertised.

The food was okay. The staff was good. The sites were beautiful to look at. You listen to an app about the different buildings and areas, but it would have been better if you were told what to listen to. We have inside seats and were not able to know exactly where we were.

Dinner was good and buffet options were plentiful. The top deck was comfortable and a lovely place to see the sights. The boat even went around a couple times to see the Charles Bridge. Time in the lock was during dinner so not a concern. My 20 year old son and I were seated with a couple from London and we had great dinner conversation. I was a bit disappointed in the welcome "drink" as I was expecting a choice of beer or wine or something. It turned out to be a shot of Becher the Czech national drink. I felt better knowing it had local significance and satisfied my curiosity. Would definitely recommend this activity.

Very nice tour, you get a great impression of the city and see many beautiful places. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the sanitary facilities were not so good.
