Wow, what an experience, literally breathtaking.
The trail is well worth it, the view is wonderful and the agency provides full support with masks, flashlights, coffee and snacks before starting and water.
I had a great guide who took me there with all clear information and brought me back safely, with a safe and comfortable car and a good driver.
Oco was an excellent guide too, very knowledgeable and funny.
An experience worth doing if you are in Indonesia.

Excellent organization of the trip, wonderful guides for transfer from Bali to Ijen (Gede) and for climb to Kawah Ijen. Blue fire was amazing, and the hotel was surprisingly comfortable, much better than what I expected for a remote location like that. There are lots of people trying to see blue fire, excellent timing by the tour guides to get us there in good time is highly appreciated. The tour company was in contact over Whatsapp well ahead of the trip. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended.

It was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. We saw the blue lava and the sunset.
Aprio, our guide, was great. Kind and organised.
The car was really comfortable and the many hours were not heavy.

My wife and I took this package with ForeverVacations and they did not disappoint in the slightest. A brilliantly planned tour to take us from Ubud to Mt Ijen. Our driver and guide Mega was a fun personality to have around. We talked about the local culture and he patiently answered all our questions. He was proactive to stick around with us and ensure we had a safe and memorable trip all around.
A special shoutout to Ingit, who acted as our guide during the trek. Such a warm and considerate person. He took me through the crater in faster routes and got me the best views of the blue fire. All in all a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful time! Thank you team for working hard to organise a great day. My credit to Mr. G. For his care, especially ensuring our safety, and I can’t forget his marathon driving effort.
The hotel was amazing, the sights breath taking, no blue flame today as nature decided otherwise, but we enjoyed it all anyway.
I travelled with my 10 year old. It was quite a walk for him but with a little encouragement and planning he did well.

Been travelling for 3 months and this is up there with one of the best experiences. You should not hesitate to book this trip as you will be completely blown away.
The early start and drive is long but is 100% worth it and I would do it all again.
The trip is extremely well organised and the quality of the food and hotel I second to none especially for the price.
What made the trip even better were the people, our fantastic tour guide Mr. G (Gandi) was funny, Informative and helped us capture on our special moments during the day. Even climbing up trees to get the best angles.
You also have a local guide up the mountain and ours was amazing so funny and made every moment memorable.
Your only mistake would not be booking this trip.

Our guide Gandi took good care of us throught the trip. Despite the bad traffic, we were satisfied with resting throughout the drive and enjoying our customized playlists of music.
We had a personal preferrence for food, so our meals were catered to our requests reasonably.
The hotel stay is Banyuwangi was very comfortable.
Gandi hooked us up with a local in Paltuding and we had fun the whole time on mount ijen.
Get this package if you want a hassle-free experience and just live in the moment.

What an experience. The trek up the mountain and then down to the blue flame, crater and sulfur could be a bit challenging to some, but getting there made it worthwhile. Aprio, my driver, and Eko, the tour guide were amazing. I highly recommend for an adventurous someone who wants to escape common Bali activities.
