Tam was a wonderful guide. He was so professional. He made the trip so enjoyable. He has a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed the kayaking on the last day. He was so responsive and respectful. Gorgeous views, friendly staff, clean & safe! Rooms and the boat in general is basic but good.
The food was a little bit disappointing on board; it must be hard to bring on super fresh items.
The activities were extremely busy and touristy… if you’re looking to visit the ‘hot spots’ this tour is for you. But if you want something more relaxing or private or focused on nature, I would suggest a different itinerary than this one.

We came as a family of 4. We all had a great time. Pickup from our hotel was well coordinated and coach was excellent.
The cruise and intinerary were as described. Ha Long bay was beautiful.
Our guide (Huang) was very attentive, gave regular updates and kept a close eye on the visitors. It was a small boat so only 18 tourists which made it more personal.
The food and the service was excellent.
I would recommend.

Tam is so friendly and accomodating, he is very knowledgeable about the history and events about Halong Bay. As a whole I like vietanmese staff and crew in cozy bay cruise because of their good attitude towards to their customers

El tour fue muy bueno, éramos pocos y la atencion es mejor, Tam se ocupa de todos es es muy simpático.
Las comidas fueron muy buenas y el servicio en el barco muy bueno también.
