NO SHOW!!! None of the taxi drivers could decipher what company this was. I use Viator whenever I travel because I thought it was a trusted source. However, THIS experience has made me question their credibility to vet their vendors. I had this booked in advance to avoid the haggling by taxi drivers… and TWO HOURS LATER after landing and flying SEVEN HOURS, I was still put through the process of now paying out of pocket for transportation I paid for in advance. The worst experience when you’re trying to be prepared.

The shuttle service was waiting outside the airport with our name card right where they said they would be. The shuttle took about one Hour to get tho the hotel. The driver did a great job navigating the bumping roads and the van was nice and cool in the Costa Rican heat! Very clean too. The return trip was just as good. On time and very reliable. Great contact before our trip. Definitely would use them again.

Transfer did not show up to pick us up. We were stranded at the airport and had to get a taxi. That ended us costing an unexpected expense. I tried calling the tour guide but no answer and did not respond to my text messages. We will see if they refund me.

What a professional and welcoming team! With multiple flights arriving at the same time, the immigration line was long and I was worried. I received a reassuring call from Leonardo to let me know that my driver was waiting for me outside with a sign and that I didn’t need to worry.
Arturo was patiently waiting for my party and we had a nice journey from the airport to our hotel. He was a safe and attentive driver. The cold water bottles for everyone were a nice touch in 95F degree weather. This was a thoughtful company and I’ll be booking again for my return to the airport next week.

Excellent and efficient service! Our driver Arturo was waiting right outside the terminal for us and we quickly got into a spacious and air conditioned van. The ride was a bit bumpy, but Arturo did his best to avoid the largest bumps.

If you need a ride you need to book with Keilor- from the moment we landed he made us feel comfortable. He was nice, professional and went above and beyond! When we return to Costa Rica we will be booking with him without a doubt!!!!!

We were a family of 9 and as soon as we landed the company was there ready to take us to the hotel and they were on time to bring us back to the airport. Drivers were really friendly and driving safe. Thank you

The company was great. Safe driver. Was at airport when we arrived and was hotel 15mins early when it was time to leave hotel. We were nervous because pick up was super early in the morning, but he was there as planned. And I also received emails from the company the day b4 (going and returning) which was nice. Not one complaint. Price was reasonable too. Will use again.
