Arraial do Cabo is also knowing as Brazilian Caribean, the place is one of the most beautiful and paradisiac places of the continent. It is also a perfect spot for practice diving in crystal clear waters, Because its landscape in Atlantic Ocean is surrounded by beaches and Atlantic Ocean is surrounded by beaches and islands that enchant locals and tourists.

Terrible experience, mistreatment by the guide Fernando on the Arriaial do Cabo tour. The bus was frozen, several customers asked to regulate the air since it was very strong, very cold air reached directly to the head and feet.
The guide did not pay attention to anyone's comments about the air conditioning and after an hour and a half when I asked again, he responded in an arrogant manner and mistreated me. Finally the bus stopped and threw me out in the middle of the street, without telling me where to find transportation or where we were (I had no internet and couldn't call).
Horrible that a solution as simple as regulating the air well has ended in an act of violence and abuse.

It took us 2 hours to get Arraial Do Cabo from Rio, nice ride. The guide spoked no English. Other guest help with translation. She was very nice, but very little enaction. The boat crews in Arraial Do Cabo was amazing, funny, knowledgeable and informed. Knew the history. The water was amazing, safe first. Snorkeling was my no.1 thing to do and they walk me thru it and it was a blast. The food and drinks was great. Everyone’s was have a great time. Meet some very nice peoples. Took a lot pics, even tho the photographer was there, technology with digital iPhone was great. The gears was great for snorkeling. The captain was awesome.

I was warmly welcomed by the guide Felipe, who guided us through the historic parts of the city such as Litério and others and also about lunch. The tour was excellent, a wonderful experience, which you will keep with many memories. Congratulations.

Horrible
The guide was supposed to speak English (see the voucher). In reality, she couldn’t so I had the all day with no translation of anything
The lunch was supposed to be included (see the ticket), in reality I paid my lunch in the boat 30 $R and 8$R at night for dinner
We were supposed to come back in the evening around 21h - 22h. In reality we came back bear 1:30 am.
A real nightmare, I will definitely not use and recommend your agency in the future

Too long trip, (6 hours a day),
Misinformation about dining time (we ate only at 5pm... which forced people to buy food on the boat, in order not to starve...)
Misinformation about the spots where we could do some snorkeling (paid 40 reals to rent the masks and we didn’t use it)
45 Minutes delay before we could finally come back to the boat
Too much wind therefore impossible to land the boat in the first spot : The “light house’s island”
Thanks to the boat crew, it made the trip a little better ...
in conclusion, it wasn’t worth it
