Our transfer was very well organised. I booked and paid for it online a couple of days before arrival. The driver was clearly seen with a board with my name on, which made the whole process simple.

I had a quite disappointing experience with OUROS Travel. I booked a private ride from Tam Coc to Noi Bai Airport to be picked up at 4 AM, hoping this would give me peace of mind to catch my early flight. However, it turned out to be a major source of stress.

When I contacted the driver, he thought he had to pick me up at Noi Bai Airport, while in fact he was supposed to drive me there. He also showed up in a totally different car than what OUROS Travel has communicated to me. I basically had to inform the driver of my pick up and drop off point, although it was already mentioned in my booking confirmation.
I tried to contact OUROS Travel at 9PM but they were unreachable (and have never got back to me…). Please be aware: they claim their hotline to be off from 11PM to 6AM, so they should still be reachable at 9PM. This lack of availability was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

For a company that claims to be a “professional tour operation team”, my experience was anything but professional. Although I was eventually dropped off on time at the airport, the service I was given was far from what I had expected.

Ouros provided excellent service for our transport from Hanoi airport to Ninh Bình. We booked the service through 12go with a small fee of customer support, which was worthwhile. Our flight to Hanoi was delayed. I got in contact with their customer service and got replied straight away. They were very supportive and asked the driver to wait for us. The driver Hung is a very pleasant guy and a good driver.

Our driver was spectacular kind and thoughtful driver. He spoke great Vietnamese and was able to use google translate if required. We didn't need his communication skills with non verbal cues was great. Picked us up perfectly timed and was a little early and waited without any stress. He was great. Dropped us off at the hotel in Ninh Binh as per my paste into the booking. As I booked an apartment rather the a hotel he was very careful to make sure I was at the right place as. It was perfect. He did a great relaxed job and considering the noise amdstress of that road as there is some road works I'd highly recommend getting this for 3 people. It was easy and well prepared car.

Picked me up from the airport at 11 pm and got to Ninh binh safe and sound. Communication via WhatsApp is great, would recommend this service to anyone.

The driver accessed my rucksack whilst on a 10 minute stop , my medication which was in the rucksack in the boot ended up on the back seat and on further investigation my driving licences are missing

So happy with this company. Ever since the arrival to Hanoi I was in touch with them and they were really responsive and accommodating. The prices are fair and the service is everything you would wish and expect.
We took couple transit with this company and arranging the transits was easy.
I forgot one of my bags in the car and they were really helpful and going extra mile to arrange it so I get it back.
Would recommend 👍🏼😊
