We are going to know the history of the Reales Alcázares of Seville in depth. This monument holds many stories and details that would be very difficult to know without a local guide. We suggest that you come and explore history from the Almohads to the current Kings and be surprised by the oldest active Royal Palace in Europe. When we finish the tour you can stay and relax in its incredible gardens.
Then we will visit the Cathedral of Seville, built in the 15th century on a 12th century mosque, it is one of the largest and most impressive churches in the world. On this 1.5-hour guided tour, you'll admire its spectacular golden altarpiece and vast art collection.
The most important piece of the Seville cathedral complex is the famous Giralda bell tower. The tower, which reaches a height of 98 meters, was built as a minaret at the end of the 12th century. Discover the complex's origins as an Arab mosque and see further evidence of this in the Court of Ablutions.

Our tour guide was the best! Moses was so incredibly knowledgeable and excited about telling us about the wonders of the Cathedral and Giralda, even after doing this for 34 years! We had 10 members in our group, just the right size. Any larger is hard to keep everyone close together and in listening range of the Bluetooth earphone. It was very hot! If you can book an earlier tour in the morning, I would recommend it. Take water and stay hydrated! Remember your passport and realize there is a dress code to enter the Cathedral.
It is nice that the tour is divided into two parts and you have a 15 minute break in between.
The Cathedral and Giralda are magnificent! I was glad that I book through TripAdvisor since one person in our group booked through a different site, and had difficulty with the name on his ticket vs his passport, and experienced a bit of a delay.

The tour with Martha was really interesting and informative! She has a nice way to explain the history, so that everybody can follow and understand. Martha did everything that our tour won’t get boring (all the little „surprises“, book and viewpoint recommendations...) and besides all the informations and dates she always took care that we can make photos at the best views/that we won’t miss the best views. I can really recommend!!

The Alhambra is a splendid monument, and our guide Igone was just great! In addition of very rich explanation and answers to all our questions, we've been granted with humor and good vibes. Her english is perfectly understandable in the high quality provided headphones. Don't miss it, it's definitely better than visiting alone.

Easy pace around the site with good photo opportunities and cohesive commentary by our guide. Our guide Jaime was well prepared with excellent delivery and manner. He took trouble to answer our questions. He was enthusiastic about his subject and obviously enjoyed his work. This was a very enjoyable and instructive tour.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Edoardo was an excellent, well-informed guide. Even when we were running over (first day of transition to new system of entry), Edoardo took time out of his own schedule to make sure we saw all the places/points of interest part of the program. He had a great knowledge of the area and was able to respond to all the questions of the group. We really enjoyed this history lesson and tour.

I booked a tour titled "Walking Tour with Skip the Line Ticket to The Nasrid Palaces of the Albayzn in Granada" through TripAdvisor. In its Overview, it says "Discover the capital of the Nasrid Dynasty on a 2.5-hour walking tour of Granada's Alhambra, Nasrid Palaces, and Bañuelo (11th-century Arabic baths). Get stunning views of the city from the San Nicolás viewpoint, and enjoy skip-the-line access to one of the finest examples of Islamic architecture in Europe." I was confused by the contradictory descriptions at first, as The Nasrid Palaces is in Alhambra and not in Albazin, but I thought they must have planned things out. And as The Nasrid Palaces ticket was so explicitly advertised in the title, I didn't expect it to be a hoax. I even googled The Nasrid Palaces a few times to make sure that there's only one place that's called that!

So imagine my shock when the guide did give me a ticket (a general ticket with Alhambra and some other attractions), I realised the entrance to The Nasrid Palaces had expired 5 hours ago - the tour was at 5 pm, but the time on the ticket to visit The Nasrid Palaces was 12 am. Confused as I was, I was still hopeful that maybe the tour company had a way to arrange the entrance during the tour. Then I asked fellow tour group members about it, to my surprise they said that they went to the palaces that morning, as apparently they booked a full tour and I only booked the tour for Albazin. There's no such information on the webpage where I booked the tour from. After asking the guide said, at first he was surprised that I thought we would go to The Nasrid Palaces, then to cover for the company, he said that we WERE going to visit The Nasrid Palaces, but not the one in Alhambra, which doesn't make any sense, as "The Nasrid Palaces" is obviously a specialised term. What we did visit were three very minor attractions - one Arab bath house, one nobleman's house, and a small and plain "palace" which I'm very reluctant to call a "palace".

I had only booked this tour so that I could visit The Nasrid Palaces, so after the initial bewilderment I was very disappointed and furious to find out that I was blatantly cheated. I tried to enjoy the tour as much as I could but I was again disappointed by its quality. It was hands-down the worst tour I've been part of, no way professional, and a level below the free tours I attended before. The guide spoke very quietly, often traced off at the end of the sentence, mispronounced so many words that the whole tour was a like a guessing game for me, and he kept saying "I really like this, I really like that", and nothing much more about the things that he's pointing out, which I found very unprofessional, as I'm on the tour to learn about the history and not the guide's opinion. Besides, the tour is only 2 hours in total, not the 2.5 hours that it advertises.

I contacted the tour company with my complaint but still haven't heard from them.
