Our guide Ricardo was incredible! We had a fantastic time. He has great energy and kept our 12 and 15 yr olds interested and helped us navigate a wheelchair for our 80 yr old mama. He was kind and easy to follow and stopped and answered all questions with a quick pace and such passion and knowledge of all things Vatican and beyond. Highly recommend!

Easy to navigate, meeting point was clear. Tour guide was muffled and hard to hear. I would recommend just buying skip the line tickets and touring on your own.

Our guide was positive and gave just the right amount of information. We were able to bypass the line to get into the Basilica, which was clutch on a very busy, hot day.

We had a great guide. Very friendly, with great sense of humor. We learned and saw a lot. Irene was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of details to us. She also knew her way around which helped us a lot getting through the crowded parts with ease. She suggested what we should go and see and she was right, everything was incredible. I strongly recommend visiting the Dome at the end.

Considering how many people visit the Vatican, the tour still felt organized and efficient. Josephine was a great guide and knew how to get us through the crowd quickly and painlessly. We went to the early tour, and even though the line of people looks daunting since nobody has been let in yet, we walked through the line within 5-10 minutes. After the Vatican tour, we get spit out in front of St Peter's Basilica, so we got to skip the very long line waiting to get into there.
