Everyone at this company is amazing, the drivers are extremely profesional and very helpful with recommendations. Will definitely always use them for all my future transportation service while in Punta Cana. Always on time and communication is A+.

I get suspicious when all reviews are 5 out of 5. But with Quality Transport Service I can see why. That rating is 100% merited. From the initial contact with Jorge, everything went smoothly. The company is extremely easy to communicate with, the drivers are on-time, courteous and helpful and the prices are reasonable
Both flights on our recent trip were delayed (one was moved to the next day) so we had to make some on-the-fly adjustments to our pick up/drop off shuttle schedule. Quality accepted the changes seamlessly and without complaint. And the drivers were there as promised.
Frankly, I don't see how a shuttle/taxi service could be any better. We will definitely use them again on our next trip

Overall the experience was good. Just be prepared for wait times throughout. If you’re English speaking only your tour guide may speak Spanish and then English.

Manny and Edwin were just brilliant so helpful and pleasant great tour too all the highlights the caves museums and even the president palace the little restaurant was a nice stop to freshen up over all it was a marvellous trip

Knowledge to explain about Punta cana & santo Domingo flowlessly.
We,34guys as group will call Manny again for sure when we go back in January 2021. He is a top of top guide and I definitely recommend him.
