We visited Denderah as part of a Nile cruise. The temple is a little ways out of Louxor, but it is worth a detour: it represents how Greek and Romans ended up adopting Egyptian religion and to get accepted. The peristyle open air courtyard and other areas are beautiful and well visible still.
