Steps Beach, Tres Palmas Reserve is a protected natural reserve that has beautiful reefs with color and local marine life. It has many types of coral including lots of stunning elk horn coral. One of are certified guides will safely guide you through the reef and help show you things that may be hard to first see.

Our guide Hayden was awesome! He was knowledgeable and engaging. Great personality, fantastic easy area to snorkel for first time or 50th! Hayden even made sure we were able to see a few turtles!!!

We met our guide at the designated time. He forgot some things so had to leave and come back so we waited around 15 minutes. The guy was super friendly and nice. We took the tour with a family with kids so the guy basically had to teach the kids how to swim/use the gear and left us to do our own thing. Basically we paid $50 each for a mask and flippers and the guide had time to supervise/swim with us for around 30 minutes after the kids got settled. My friends and I assumed that we were being taken out on a boat so that was our fault for not reading correctly but you basically meet a guy who gives you gear, he tells you how to use gear and lets you roam free in the ocean.
Overall the team was very communicative and flexible when it came to weather complications. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who already knows how to swim just because you can have the same experience by just buying/renting gear for yourself.

Hayden was absolutely fantastic! As a tour guide, the very best. Snorkeling was a blast due to him. Whether you are 8 or 80 he is the one to hire for a memorable time!!! We highly recommend him and will use his services again on our next trip.

Hayden was an awesome tour guide and we had a lot of fun snorkeling & seeing a lot of really cool fish. He even dove down to bring us up a starfish! Overall he was educational, professional and showed us a great time.

What a great experience! This was my first time snorkeling in about 20 years, and Chandler helped me feel safe even though I was nervous. We had such a great time that we called the company directly and re-booked with Chandler the next day! I would definitely use and recommend this company for any adventure!

The beach was an easy meet up, the guide was in contact with me and made everything go smooth. The beach has beautiful coral reefs, colorful fish, sea urchins and more. We got to see two turtles up close! Our guide was pointing things out to us and brought a float just in case we were tired. It was doable for about 1.5 hrs definitely worth the money!!

Haden was a great guide who was fun to chat with! He had some great tips for snorkeling and was able to point out a bunch of cool things! We were able to see a few turtles and sharks

We had a great experience with our guide, Dave. There were two families in our group, 4 adults and 5 kids. Dave used a raft to keep visible and also to allow anyone to take a quick break if they were tiring. Flotation vests were optional but available. We gotten for flippers, washed our masks and explored the reef for over an hour (wish it would have been longer but some of the kids in our group were tired). We saw many, many fish, a turtle and a shark. Awesome trip!

We had such a great experience with Chandler! It was the first time snorkeling for most of our family which includes 2 elementary school age kids. Chandler was great about scaling the experience so that we all had fun and got to see awesome sea life. One of our kids ended up being uncomfortable with the snorkel mask and Chandler didn’t miss a beat in accommodating. We had all of the equipment we needed and felt very safe the entire time. Would absolutely recommend!
