Jacob was the best tour guide ever!!! He was alot of fun, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful. He made sure that our group stayed together, which we did. Give him a raise or promotion. If we knew anyone that was going on this trip, we would recommend going with Jacob. He has a deep connection with his coworkers, when asked leaving the ship who our tour guide was, we told them Jacob, they said oh tell him Happy Birthday.

We had decided for Niagara trip at last minute from Nyc. There were no tickets available at any of the websites apart from this particular company. We are thankful for providing the tickets and had a good time watching niagara falls through maid of the mist boat ride. Even the guide is good and professional.

I’m never sure about tours and whether they are worth it but this one was exceptional! Our tourguide Jacob was wonderfully witty and kept us entertained along the way with his warm and engaging humor, his in-depth and detailed knowledge of the history and science of the Falls and his professionalism in keeping us all in line along the way!!
Needless to say we loved the boat ride into the mist Such an experience!!
I was born and raised in NYC but this was my first time up to Niagara
Can’t wait to come back another time!!! 💜💜💜

Our tour guide’s enthusiastic presentation style was certainly the most memorable of the tour. Jacob was fun, expressive & encouraging throughout the tour which helped make for an excellent experience. His knowledge of history and events of the Falls was interesting and helped guests appreciate the significance of the Falls.

Mitch did a good job with the tour. You can save a few bucks if you pay at the gate but if you want a tour guide this is the way to go.
