Our guide was the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly tour guide we’ve had as of recently. He really took great care of our group. We learned a great deal of information and we felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him for any excursions. I can’t wait to get back.

My family and I had a wonderful experience on our tour of Luxor! Mahsoub, our guide, was so kind, generous and incredibly knowledgeable about the ancient sites we visited. He was so accommodating of our needs during the day, especially with my six year old! It was an experience we will never forget!

My family’s visit to Luxor was magical largely due to our guide Mahsoub’s wonderful knowledge. More importantly, Mahsoub was very thoughtful in so many ways, particularly with respect to my six- year-old grandson who never got bored during the entire day!

Never ever book this tour with this tour operator. Everything in the advertisement is a lie. They give me time of pick up about 9 pm to let me know that they will pick us up at 3.30 am. At the airport, 2 hours before the flight I didn’t have tickets and didn’t know where to go. Some random guy came over 2 hours later and gave me a piece of paper that stated 1 word on it “voucher” and told us to go to the security and check in at counter 14. We landed at Luxor. At 6.30 we were at temple of Karnak. The guide was walking very fast barely standing at any sites and his story was not cohesive. His English was not that great and he didn’t give us a lot of information. After we moved in to Valley of the kings where upon purchasing the tickets I realized that once the ticket is purchased it includes the Tombs that the tour provider listed as included. So in reality nothing is included in the tour, just the taxi that they hire for you and guide who doesn’t even go to sites with you saying it’s not allowed. So everything that they say not include. Is the ticket to the site that once purchased includes all the sites they claim include by them. By 12.30 we were fine with everything. All the sites in Luxor are very close to each other within 10 min drive. I asked them to send us home earlier, and they say it’s private charter they can’t. Further , they told me the flight is delayed and instead of 8 pm we will be back by 11-12 midnight. I asked them a day before what time they will get us back , there was no definite answer until she finally answered 7-8pm. I asked several times as we had family plans for 8 pm dinner. We tried to go to banana island , don’t do it it’s a scam . There are couple of poor handled animals in cages and very dirty. After that we went to airport. It was 3 pm. We were not let in as they asked us for flight number which we didn’t have. So unsafe. I had a small paper from previous flight to prove I got here somehow. The guide obviously new it’s not the first time this happens to tourists and told us we can only sit at the airport 2 hours before the flight which we didn’t even know which one. Do he let us sit at the small area next to him. Then more tourist starting coming from the same morning flight with us. We ended up sitting in the airport until 10.30 pm. It’s close to 8 hours. One small area where you can get something to eat that was soon empty because there was too many of us. To sum up, don’t do it!!! Luxor needs no more then 3-4 hours not the whole day and unless you want to feel like a prisoner where on each corner they are trying to extort money from you, then sure go ahead. SUCH A SCAM!!!completely unprofessional and scary !!!

Please ensure everyone has a visa before travelling as this is not included in the price. The guide will sell you a visa for $30 each at the airport instead of $25. When arriving at Luxor, the guide took us to the great locations and summarised the history of each location. He also took us to an Alabaster experience where we had an opportunity to purchase handmade souvenirs. This was not part of the itinerary. The whole trip was worthwhile and we had an amazing memorable time. The only inconvenience was that we had to chase up the flight tickets on the way back from Luxor and no instructions were given especially when we didn’t have WiFi,

Truly the most beautiful day in Egypt to choose compared to Cairo. We had Adam as a very exciting and passionate guide, he gave us a visit really from the heart and he has a real knowledge of what he taught us. I really absolutely recommend doing
