The staff on the boat were wonderful, they explained everything about the fish in the Red Sea. The diving was unforgettable, I recommend it with both hands. We had a great time .

As expected. You were treated a bit like cattle, but that was ok. Not very interesting snorkeling and high waves. But it was nice enough to look from the bottom of the ship. They had taken too many passengers on board compared to seats below deck

Had a great time on this trip although a bit choppy so felt a little bit yucky. Lovely snorkling and views from the windows of the reef and fishes, shame the colours have all faded and not as vibrant as hoped for, but a lovely trip and totally recommend. Thank you

The trip itself was good and staff were helpful and friendly. The communication had issues. We had a message for the pick up for 11th October when out trip was for 12th October. I corrected this.
We waited 45 minutes to be picked up and had to make 3 phone calls. We were put in a semi sub with Russian and German tourists so couldn't understand what was being said. After the trip there was no pick up arranged so had to organize our own transport.
I would give the trip a rating of 4.5. However, the organisation let it down

It was ok but very short and the boat was very full and very noisy . But for people what not want to snorkel it is ok

The crew were all professional, and very knowledgeable about the sea and the fish. We were able to see so many types of fish, and also snorkel with them. There were security measures in place and I felt safe leaving my belongings on the deck while we swam. A VERY good experience!

Booked this trip before leaving the UK and well in advance of our holiday. We were really looking forward to it. Only one hour before pick up time we were notified that our trip was to be cancelled because of insufficient numbers. Yet we had been in correspondence with the operator only the day before our visit, when our pick up time was confirmed, and there was no hint that the trip might not go ahead. We were very disappointed as it was near the end of our holiday and too late to rearrange. Really wanted to see the coral reef and never got to see it. We did get our money refunded but overall consider the operator to be unreliable.
